On the day of the move, they sent a small truck which could not fit everything. The two guys the sent were very slow (took 2 hours to load the truck), and weren't careful with boxes labeled "fragile". They told me that my options were: (1) make two trips, (2) only do 1 trip and leave the rest of the stuff in the POD, or (3) they could unload everything into the POD and walk away. Why would they send a truck that couldn't fit everything when I told them the exact volume of my stuff is beyond me.

The flexibility to stop by a donation center and general professionalism meant they won the opportunity from me. We did forget to unload some items from the truck, but they were responsive when they found the items and facilitated the delivery of the items. There was some minor damage to some furniture paint due to the tape used, so make sure to flag any sensitive items. Recommended for your next move.
