Professional, polite, and incredibly efficient On moving day, Cirilo, Rigo, and their team of five arrived right on time with two large trucks. They were respectful, friendly, and organized. After a quick walkthrough, they tagged everything as "stay" or "move," packed and loaded with impressive speed, and unloaded just as efficiently at the new home. They set up furniture, placed boxes in the correct rooms, and even finished faster than estimated -- which meant our final cost was lower than the quote. Above-and-beyond support My 3‑car garage was full of stuff and it was overwhelming. I had no idea where to start. Cirilo spent a full hour with me going through box after box--helping me decide what to keep and then packing and labeling everything I kept. He even provided the boxes at no extra charge. I truly couldn't have finished the move in one day without his patience and help. Flexible and accommodating We asked the crew to make a stop at my parents' home to drop off some furniture. They were happy to do it, and even with the extra stop, they still finished earlier than expected. They genuinely care The team had to remove our front door to move large items and reinstalled it afterward. Later, when we noticed the door wouldn't lock, we called Rigo and Cirilo. They came back immediately to help fix it -- even though the issue turned out to be a flaw in the door design, not anything they did. Fair and honest pricing A week after the main move, we asked Cirilo's team to help move a few more items. Although they have a 3‑hour minimum, the job was quick, and Cirilo refunded part of the minimum charge without us even asking. That level of integrity is rare. This is nothing more than a form of harassment and not an attempt to solicit business In my opinion a company that text someone or calls someone on their private cell phone with without permission is a nuisance and an annoyance. We had a fantastic experience with this moving company and highly recommend them! We were moving the contents of two storage units (10x20 and 10x15) into our new home about 30 minutes away, and the team handled everything incredibly well. The crew arrived right on time at 9:00 AM and worked nonstop until about 5:00 PM. Omar, Javier, and Rigo were absolutely wonderful to work with. They unloaded both storage units, packed everything efficiently into two trucks, transported it to our new home, and then carefully unloaded and placed the boxes in the correct rooms which made things so much easier for us. When we needed to move from our 125 year old SF home with several flights of stairs, to a retirement community in East Bay, our realtor recommended Cirilo and his team. We contacted others based in SF for quotes, but Mr. Integrity not only had the best rate, but wasn't charging for coming over the bridge to SF to pick up our treasures. We sent pictures of everything and when all was said and done, his estimate of how long it would take was spot on. The team was super careful with our furniture, wrapping everything in blankets, and working steadily. When I left the house as their two trucks were getting ready to head out, I was expecting them to take a lot longer over the bridge due to size and weight - but they pulled up shortly after me!
