I wanted to get a canvas print done for a digital art design of my friend and her dog for her birthday. I first inquired about printing through yelp and the owner, Panzer, was very prompt at responding. This was my first time getting a digital print done on canvas and Panzer was very good at communicating and responding to my questions regarding sizing and pricing. The consultation moved from yelp to email so he could take a look at the PDF of my print and I was able to place an order within 24 hours. For an 11x14 canvas print, the price was very reasonable compared to some other print shops (though the resolution on the print was so good that I could've had a larger print done for a really good price as well). Although there were some scheduling issues for pick up on my end, Panzer was super flexible with the date and actually had the print ready to go within days of my initial inquiry. I would definitely come back for my printing needs. If you want prompt service, good communication, and great quality for prints for a very reasonable price, I would definitely recommend Plus Print if you're in the Newark/Fremont area. read more

I needed same-day, 100 bi-fold colored funeral program for my mom's wake. I requested a quote via yelp in the morning and David responded promptly and needed more info, therefore I called him directly. Explained to him what I needed, emailed him documents and asked if it was possible to have it done same day. He had to consult with the production manager and stated that he will call me back, which he did after 5 minutes. David told me that it was possible to have it printed by 3pm but I had asked if it can be done by 1pm since my mom's wake was scheduled at 3pm. Sure enough, David said that he will have it printed by 1pm. Around noon, I received a message from David saying that it's ready for pick up! I came to pick up the funeral program and met David. He was very professional, pleasant, nice and was very understanding. He expressed that he was very touched and gave his condolences. He said when he saw/read what he was printing, he knew how important it was for me to have this done ASAP, therefore they worked on it right away. We chatted for a bit and he even told me about his mom in Vietnam. I did tell David to think positive and call his mom as often as he can and not to take time for granted..... My experience overall was superb and I am forever grateful that this printing company was able to accommodate my request/print it out with such short notice. Customer service was beyond outstanding, price was very reasonable compared to others! The quality was very nice and it was folded up already and placed neatly inside a small box. I could not speak higher praises for PNP Print. I first got my church programs done for my wedding which required gold print with flowers throughout, and was a double sided tri-fold program. They printed a draft of my program out prior to finalizing and had the programs ready within a few hours. I also had table numbers - 23 of which were totally different with different pictures for each table number. I had initially printed them at Costco which were horrible since all the colors were off and the pictures were blurry. I took my pictures and the formatting to PNP. They individually formatted each picture, and photo-touched the pictures as necessary to make them look beautiful. They must have spent hours on making these table numbers for me, and they turned out just beautifully. I will always be turning to PNP Print for my future needs for sue. Thanks so much! read more
