They altered and erased for sure. I know what happened. This location has even more disappointed my review. They can't even handle their employees and staff. Still no name of the manager, just a generic email. Absurd. Their "review" of the camera footage is truly not what happened. This UPS location, doesn't respect the truth! Sounds like they want to protect their employees even after an assault. They want to handle this situation "Internally". Way too suspicious of what is being recorded in store actually. DO NOT GO THIS LOCATION.

The tattooed lady at counter said FedEx doesn't accept the packages without a box and tried to sell the box and packing service for $30. The company that we were shipping to spoke with FedEx lady and then she changed her statement that only this location doesn't accept packages without a box. I have to go to a hardware store nearby and buy a box and tape to pack but was able to save $25 for not falling for their scam There are several locations within 5-10 miles. I recommend driving little farther and avoid these scammers

While…read morestanding a respectful distance behind the counter--as the only customer waiting--I was yelled at by a young white employee who told me to wait in line. Beyond the hostility, the service was agonizingly slow. His attitude throughout the process showed zero patience and complete disrespect. While I appreciate that a female employee eventually came out and apologized for the long wait before helping me, the initial behavior I experienced was completely unacceptable. It's hard to believe this level of mistreatment still happens. FedEx management needs to address employee conduct immediately and ensure proper training in basic professionalism and respect. The incident occurred around 4 PM on September 25, 2026.

That doesn't at all address my complaint. Looks like a boilerplate response and you didn't even read my complaint. $4 is a ripoff to charge a customer to print a ONE PAGE label that you print for free on "UPS Store will pack and ship your item" items. I understand you need to make a profit, but at $4 a page, you can buy a new printer every 50-75 pages you print. Run out of toner? Throw the printer away and buy a new one.

I had called half an hour before to ask if they carried it and they told me they did. Questions to management: How are there a million people that work here but no one to greet even one person walking through the door? How can there be three people on the floor, two in Party City, two in the printing department, two in the cashier area and yet no one to help someone walking aimlessly around the store looking for supplies? I have no idea how this place survives but it's barely standing. The products are overpriced (cheaper online, but I needed it for that day) and disheveled. It's difficult to find anything there. The associates could care less about helping you and never even if I had help when checking out.
