Finally I found a legit place that far exceeded my expectations. After calling around not kidding like 10 places to print out a large poster for me, everyone was quoting me somewhere in the $200 range. It was for my child's bday party to be used once and was nothing fancy, black and white just big (4 feet by . Anyhow, called this place and spoke to Mike and when he quoted me something in the $20 range, I was like this is too good to be true. Nope it wasn't....he was just the first person I called that could think outside the box. Everyone was quoting me these outrageous prices as if it was a color poster....Mike off the bat was honest and did a wonderful job. I had Bay Central do two jobs for me, business cards and thank you cards. The business cards exceeded my expectations. There was an error on the date of the thank you cards and this is where the customer service really showed. The thank you cards were because of the death of my son; I wanted to thank people for their kindness, the date of death was printed incorrectly, when I pointed it out, there were no questions or argument the owner immediately told his staff to reprint them with the correct date; the cards were replaced within 24-hours and the quality was outstanding. I couldn't be more delighted with the professional and outstanding service I received. The price was fair and reasonable and the turn around time from the date I approved the proofs more than reasonable.
