I'd give a 10 stars if possible. Ryan, Rebecca & Joe are all great. Rebecca was super patient with the design of my business cards. Joe was great in producing them on time. And Ryan - Wow - I got a call from him shortly after (like a couple of weeks) from the time I had picked em up that they had made a mistake & had printed silk instead of the suede & that he had taken the liberty to reprint them (all 1000 of them!) in suede for FREE!!! & that they were ready to be picked up. Quite frankly I did not even notice the difference. THIS IS OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you so much Paper & Ink. I'll be coming back to print postcards when I am ready & I highly recommend Paper & Ink all day long for ALL your printing services. The Best of New Year's to the awesome team at Paper & Ink! read more

I have been a customer of paper and ink for over three years. The business cards they provide are top quality. Your business card represents your brand in your absence The ones paper and ink provide reflect my agent's and my business very well. I just recently opened a pizza restaurant and have hired them to produce our grand opening banners, corner street signs and door hangers. All at competitive prices. They haven't missed a deadline, always providing me with a designer at no cost. Paper and ink is a valuable resource for all my businesses. I would rate them nothing less then five stars. read more

We've been using Ryan for our small business needs for the past few years, and he always gives us a top quality prints. The business cards are printed on beautiful, sturdy gloss cards, and the letterheads are made on thick quality paper. Ryan doesn't use the cheap stuff, and his prices are still very fair and delivery is fast. I'd definitely recommend Paper and Ink Printing! read more

nice guys, but I would never do business with them again. That happens when you promise me something and then last minute you pull out without any support-leaving me stranded. Sorry, again... they are nice guys, usually perform well but when you pull one on me like that, then I will never come back. read more

These people a just too nice, and my cards turned out looking great! I inadvertently sent my proposed business cards in the wrong format. Marie saved the day by doing the artwork herself, getting them out to me looking great. When I needed changes, they once again did a great translation between what I sent, which was in fonts they didn't support, and the fonts they had. Marie was transparent about the whole process and kept me informed all along the process. One point - it may be worth an e-mail (or closer reading of their website than, apparently, I did) to nail down file formats and fonts. Marie can save the day, but it's probably less mileage on everyone if she doesn't have to. I will use them for all my upcoming printing. read more

I've had so many printers screw up my business cards. You wouldn't think that printing business cards would be so difficult, but I had a big problem. The person who created the artwork for my cards has disappeared, along with the original files. The only thing I could do was show the printer my card and say, "I need you to recreate this." Every time I did so, the font would change and the colors got muddier. My once attractive cards now looked dull and unappealing. I reached out to Ryan and explained the situation with my cards and set up a time to come in. I showed him the various incarnations of my business cards over the years. When I told other printers I didn't have the original artwork, they would respond with something like, "ooh, that's and problem", and it went downhill from there. Ryan's response, "Okay, here's what we need to do." He got his art person involved and went to work. On his computer we played with the colors, font styles and sizing, shadowing and thicknesses--something none of the other printers ever did. For the first time in years I'm truly happy with my business cards. Considering the amount of work they did, his prices were shockingly reasonable. Don't expect Vistaprint rates, but do expect a level of quality and customer service that online operations simply can't provide. read more

I'm reposting my original review for Paper & Ink along with the e-mail I got from Yelp removing it. Yelp seems to think I am a business owner, which I am not. I was a CUSTOMER of Paper & Ink. Since Yelp e-mails you to tell you they are pulling your comment and sends it on a "do not reply" e-mail and does not give you a phone number or any way to dispute what they conclude about you, I decided to repost the whole thing, so here it is: (From Yelp) We wanted to let you know that we've removed your review of Paper And Ink Printing. Our Support team has determined that it falls outside our Content Guidelines (http://www.yelp.com/guidelines) because it represents a conflict of interest. Yelp recognizes that business owners are also consumers, and for that reason we permit business owners like you to have personal accounts to write reviews of businesses that you encounter in your everyday experience. However, we also maintain Content Guidelines to guard against the inherent bias contained in certain reviews--such as reviews of businesses that you engage with as part of your own business. We hope you will continue to participate on Yelp while keeping our Content Guidelines in mind. Removed Content: To Faizal, I'm sure where you are from, it's common practice to try to get something for nothing and low ball prices. You should have gone to the Flea Market, not a professional business. I've been doing business with Ryan and his team for nearly 13 years. I'm pretty sure my repeat business is a clear sign of not only their quality, but the service I have gotten from them. Their prices are more than reasonable. For someone to ask for exceptional service and quality, but be a cheap @$$ and nickel and dime the price to nothing, just infuriates me. The cost to do business is high. They have to pay, not only to print your cards, but labor to design, time for press check, score, fold, etc. Plus the energy to run the machines and keep the lights on. I would have told you to go there, too. Who wants to end up paying out of pocket to get your business? There has to be a profit or why take the work? Anyone who may be reading this, please know; I have not only had my clients advertisements printed there over the years, but my fiance and I have had his music CD's done there as well. So Fazil... good luck with that $60 quality print, and shame on you for rating them a one because they wouldn't cave to your price demands. Ryan, you and your team ROCK. Keep doing what you do! Regards, Hansel Yelp Support San Francisco, California My Reply to Yelp: I am NOT a business owner. I am a consumer who has a JOB. When I refer to my client, I am talking of my customers under me as a sales person. Perhaps before you make assumptions about who and what people are, you should inquire first, or allow us the opportunity to dispute what you perceive. You know what they say about ASSumptions... Still, a satisfied Paper & Ink customer! read more

I've been one of Ryan's customers for a long time. I've always found his work to be very professional, and always ready when he says. I've had a lot of orders with Ryan, both new and repeat, and both find him and his assistant, Rebecca, friendly, reasonable and great to work with. read more

Went to this business to get our printing done. The receptionist doesn't know what she is doing, her manager himself was in a rush and tried to brush us off. We didnt get greeted, the pricing was not clear. They have bunch of books they hand you to look in to what we want. There were no ideas and suggestions given to us in regards to our needs. The owner or manager ryan or brian was very unprofessional and doesn't know how to do customer service and how to communicate. I would not trust them for my business needs. read more

Needed some brochures done, i found these guys online and they were rather helpfull. They can take care of the graphic design work for you, obviously you pay, but its a really fair price. I had changed my mind about certain images and they were really patient and sent me several proofs of the updated material. In the end I was very pleased with the brochures, they looked really professional on good quality paper. Thanks for the great service! read more
