Long story short: DO NOT COME HERE. I came here and asked if they can embroider a graduation stole within the day. Shony tells me that he can get it done within an hour. My mother drops it off and charges us $91 for three lines of embroidery on two separate products. Shony ends up finishing just one on the NEXT DAY. I text and call several times and he tells me the machine is broken. First, he should have called the day I dropped it off as he promised it will be done in an hour. But he waits for me to call him instead. The next day, he says he will do a practice version now that the machine is fixed. He does the practice version on a shirt and tells me he doesn't love the outcome. I ask him to send me a proof before I approve of him embroidering the final version. I also texted him for a photo. Instead, he decides to type in the letters with grammatical errors. I pick up the order and I tell him I cannot accept the terrible workmanship. He messes up the letters and tells me he can only refund me $20 in cash. I then spent another hour speaking with Shony and his manager to refund the embroidery and the cost of the graduation stole itself. He refuses and decides to talk down on me. "You're obviously mad and upset and can't understand what I'm saying. Where are you from?" And random irrelevant questions. I cancelled my graduation photos to deal with this bull****. They told me to give them two hours to redo it. I tell them if they mess it up and it looks worse, they must pay for the damaged product and refund me the money I spent. I came back and you can see how terrible it looked. They gave zero empathy to me. They have no respect for your time and refuse to refund me until I started yelling and crying at the fact I wasted $40 on a product and $45 dollars for their service. They ended up calling in the owner who finally refunds me only $81 when it should have been $95 but at this point, l've invested so much time and energy at this stupid business. Do not trust these people for products you care about. I recommend reaching out to small business and not a scam of a business. read more

The images were stretched, oddly printed out on the opposite side of the mug handle, and dust and sticky residue all over the mug. I don't know how this place has a good rating. Maybe for a group order they're ok but for anything less than 10 order I will not be coming back here again. If I can give a 0 star I would. They messed up twice on my order. The first time the picture on the shirt completely got off when I haven't even worn it yet. Then when I went back to complain about it the guy said he'll do it again for no cost but we have to get another shirt so we said why not we'll give it another try. I went in last Friday with a Jacket I needed to get embroidered for a going away present for my Boss. The guy was very nice and told me I could pick it up the following Thursday.(The text included a hashtag which apparently they have to send out to get done) I call on Wednesday to confirm my jacket will be finished the next day and get told yes, it will be finished the next day. I wasn't able to make it in Thursday, and then Friday I called to confirm before I drove over that it was complete. The guy had no idea of my order and was not sure where it was, after talking to him and explaining the situation it jogged his memory, and he was the one who took my order. It was not done. Turns out he forgot about my order and didn't understand why I was frustrated. He said he was going to do it now it should be done in 30mins. (Although he told me they could not do hashtags with the machine the had at the store but now suddenly they can?) I text him the exact words I wanted on the jacket because he lost the order form, and reminded him the text was supposed to be black thread on the black jacket, and He confirms it, and then I get there and it's white text on the black jacket. I tell him this and he starts getting very defensive and rude saying "well what do you want me to do about it?!" And I said "I want you to get another jacket and complete my order how it's supposed to be" and his response was "that's not going to happen, then told me I should have read the sign that says "They are not responsible for any mistakes they make" (which I did not see)After some back and forth he says give him 30 mins and he's going to fix it. I come back 30mins later and he said "I can't fix this go get another jacket." He agreed to reimburse me for the jacket. I went and got another jacket brought him back the jacket and he said to give him 30 more minutes and he would finish it. I come back and he has completed it with black thread on the top and WHITE THREAD UNDERNEATH. Anyone who has ever sewn or embroidered knows you have to switch the bobbin on the bottom to match what you are using on the top or else it looks horrible, which it did. His response was, oh no the bottom is always white. He then refused to reimburse me for the jacket, he would only reimburse me for the embroidery which I wouldn't have cared about, had he not told me he would reimburse me for the jacket. Overall horrible experience. And now I have to purchase yet another jacket to get embroidered somewhere else, because I am not giving the hot mess of a jacket they called a "finished product" to my boss. read more
