Amazing last-minute service at iCustom - Stoneridge Mall! I needed 5 custom T-shirts made at the last minute for my daughter's 30th birthday cruise, and iCustom came through flawlessly. I called and spoke with Affan, and from that moment on, he was on it! Affan communicated with me through text and email, kept everything clear, and even double-verified the details to make sure my order was exactly right. That level of care and professionalism truly meant a lot, especially with the time crunch. I absolutely LOVE them -- great quality, exactly what we wanted, and perfect for our celebration. Thank you for helping me complete such a special milestone for my daughter. THANK YOU, AFFAN read more

I would like to recommend I-Custom Print at Stoneridge Mall. I came in with a tight deadline and honestly wasn't sure if my project could even be done in time -- but Ari, the manager, made it happen effortlessly. Ari turned my project around in just a few hours, which was beyond impressive. What really stood out was how kind and communicative he was throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in delivering quality work. The final product came out beautifully -- exactly what I envisioned. If you need custom printing done right, done fast, and done with a smile, this is absolutely the place to go. Ari and his team have earned a loyal customer in me. Highly recommend! read more

I want to compliment the excellent employee named Maaz who works at the Icustom in Stoneridge Mall, Pleasanton. I ordered custom shirts from him for our bocce team.with a design created by a friend. I had never had custom designs done. Maaz, the employee there, was amazing! He loved the design and put it on the shirts and every detail was perfect. He knew about which shirts to buy, how sizes ran, and was able to make them quickly. They turned out beautifully! He was so professional! He also was warm and welcoming to the shop, and so proud of his own work. If he were not working at this store, I hope he would be employed by a company to train employees on the art of being so professional and also so warm and welcoming. If I ever need something custom made, I would go back to your store and ask for Maaz. If I could give him a 5plus rating, I would! read more

Saeed provided excellent customer service! He contacted me with clarifying questions and provided updates on the job. Buyer beware. The dude I encountered today was very unhelpful and had a bad attitude. He said he couldn't make a banner and stickers for me. What a crock! Then he says that I should go to the Hayward location which I checked on Yelp and is permanently closed. Not a racist but the guy was Arab and the laziest Arab I have ever met. I have Arab friends in Hawaii and they're very hard working and have a go get um attitude. This guy was just talking on his phone not willing to help me, a potential customer to get a banner made. I doubt he owns the place. I would fire him instantly if I were the owner. Don't go here! read more

so sad because I needed this shirt for tomorrow and it isn't what I asked for. I sent the design, the design has a yellow shadow NO white and this is what they gave me. She didn't cut out the letters correctly. I'm so mad because I've supported icustom since newpark mall, and this quality is not it. Very upsetting. I want my money back read more

I sent in a design, and it got done right away. Sam and his team were super friendly and swift with my order. Extremely happy with the results. I will be back for more! read more

I was going to get my first ever custom t-shirt, but I was refused service for "asking too many questions" and for wanting to pay cash to avoid a 3% card service fee (unlawful in California- see Section 1748.1) I am incredibly disappointed and cannot recommend any business at this location. read more

Long story short: DO NOT COME HERE. I came here and asked if they can embroider a graduation stole within the day. Shony tells me that he can get it done within an hour. My mother drops it off and charges us $91 for three lines of embroidery on two separate products. Shony ends up finishing just one on the NEXT DAY. I text and call several times and he tells me the machine is broken. First, he should have called the day I dropped it off as he promised it will be done in an hour. But he waits for me to call him instead. The next day, he says he will do a practice version now that the machine is fixed. He does the practice version on a shirt and tells me he doesn't love the outcome. I ask him to send me a proof before I approve of him embroidering the final version. I also texted him for a photo. Instead, he decides to type in the letters with grammatical errors. I pick up the order and I tell him I cannot accept the terrible workmanship. He messes up the letters and tells me he can only refund me $20 in cash. I then spent another hour speaking with Shony and his manager to refund the embroidery and the cost of the graduation stole itself. He refuses and decides to talk down on me. "You're obviously mad and upset and can't understand what I'm saying. Where are you from?" And random irrelevant questions. I cancelled my graduation photos to deal with this bull****. They told me to give them two hours to redo it. I tell them if they mess it up and it looks worse, they must pay for the damaged product and refund me the money I spent. I came back and you can see how terrible it looked. They gave zero empathy to me. They have no respect for your time and refuse to refund me until I started yelling and crying at the fact I wasted $40 on a product and $45 dollars for their service. They ended up calling in the owner who finally refunds me only $81 when it should have been $95 but at this point, l've invested so much time and energy at this stupid business. Do not trust these people for products you care about. I recommend reaching out to small business and not a scam of a business. read more

I didn't know this store existed. On Christmas Eve 2019, I was losing for stickers for a Christmas gift. As we were leaving Zumiez, my friend noticed a sign that said $1 stickers. Pissed is an understatement. I told him a number of times that's it's one name. I told him only the G needs to be upper case. The spaces in all of them.. I told him closer, he said that's the closest it can be. ( yet the shirt he did for someone else was perfect). I gave him 2 stars because it was done in 15 minutes. And yes I paid because I felt bad he used the materials. Honestly I'm not going to give this as a gift, I might throw them out. read more

ICustom made some great shirts for us with the photos we provided. 2 photos were actual printed old photos. 1 was a digital image. The images came out very clear, not distorted or blurry. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of our custom mugs. After approving our proofs, the images came out nothing like we agreed on it. The images were stretched, oddly printed out on the opposite side of the mug handle, and dust and sticky residue all over the mug. I paid $35 each for 2 mugs and the print quality is worse than what you would get at the dollar store. Will never do business with this company to create any custom items ever again. Absolutely poor craftsmanship. read more

I don't know how this place has a good rating. Maybe for a group order they're ok but for anything less than 10 order I will not be coming back here again. If I can give a 0 star I would. They messed up twice on my order. The first time the picture on the shirt completely got off when I haven't even worn it yet. Then when I went back to complain about it the guy said he'll do it again for no cost but we have to get another shirt so we said why not we'll give it another try. So finally they did the picture right but as I write this right now I can't even wear the shirt again because my shirt is all f*** stretched out. We paid so much money for two damn shirts just to get it all f*** up again. This place is so overpriced and the quality is not what they say it is. Again, I am never coming back here. read more

I went in last Friday with a Jacket I needed to get embroidered for a going away present for my Boss. The guy was very nice and told me I could pick it up the following Thursday.(The text included a hashtag which apparently they have to send out to get done) I call on Wednesday to confirm my jacket will be finished the next day and get told yes, it will be finished the next day. I wasn't able to make it in Thursday, and then Friday I called to confirm before I drove over that it was complete. The guy had no idea of my order and was not sure where it was, after talking to him and explaining the situation it jogged his memory, and he was the one who took my order. It was not done. Turns out he forgot about my order and didn't understand why I was frustrated. He said he was going to do it now it should be done in 30mins. (Although he told me they could not do hashtags with the machine the had at the store but now suddenly they can?) I text him the exact words I wanted on the jacket because he lost the order form, and reminded him the text was supposed to be black thread on the black jacket, and He confirms it, and then I get there and it's white text on the black jacket. I tell him this and he starts getting very defensive and rude saying "well what do you want me to do about it?!" And I said "I want you to get another jacket and complete my order how it's supposed to be" and his response was "that's not going to happen, then told me I should have read the sign that says "They are not responsible for any mistakes they make" (which I did not see)After some back and forth he says give him 30 mins and he's going to fix it. I come back 30mins later and he said "I can't fix this go get another jacket." He agreed to reimburse me for the jacket. I went and got another jacket brought him back the jacket and he said to give him 30 more minutes and he would finish it. I come back and he has completed it with black thread on the top and WHITE THREAD UNDERNEATH. Anyone who has ever sewn or embroidered knows you have to switch the bobbin on the bottom to match what you are using on the top or else it looks horrible, which it did. His response was, oh no the bottom is always white. He then refused to reimburse me for the jacket, he would only reimburse me for the embroidery which I wouldn't have cared about, had he not told me he would reimburse me for the jacket. Overall horrible experience. And now I have to purchase yet another jacket to get embroidered somewhere else, because I am not giving the hot mess of a jacket they called a "finished product" to my boss. read more

If I could I would give this store 0 stars. The customer service is absolutely horrible I came here towards the end of October and asked for 2 posters, the posters were for my boyfriends birthday. The owner said he would call me the following week to let me know that the order would be ready by then. November come I get nothing, I call the store and nobody answers, so I go back and ask about my order someone else was there and told me the owner hurt his back and won't be coming back because she's in the hospital but that he Weill do my order if I send him the pictures again. I send him the pictures again, he said they'd be ready the next day and he would call me, I don't get anything the next few weeks I email and call and it would go straight to the "voicemail" saying "the number you are calling has not set up voicemails at this time.. good bye. It's already December I went in last week someone else was there and said my order would be ready by December 17 I come in and he didn't know what I was talking about finally I come back today and just got a refund.
