We love the shutters, but a few pieces had broken off and one plastic rear tilt bar was missing completely. I contacted Hunter Douglas directly, and although they were able to replace the connectors, they were unable to help me find a replacement rear tilt bar. I went to Home Depot only to get the runaround from several people. I then contacted Calico since they are authorized dealers of Hunter Douglas shutters and although Kathy was surprised by my request initially, she took the time to investigate and got back to me as promised to inform me that the rear tilt bar had been ordered.
