When I got my package of shirts it was quickly shipped. I was super excited when he told me that the shirts where out for delivery, but the problem was, the actual shirt. I wanted to use a Hanes Beefy-T as the blank. On the mock up of the shirt it even says Hanes Beefy-T, but I got something totally different. 25 Bella Canvas shirts. When I told Keenan he said he would have them re-made. He said he has them ready to be shipped on "Wednesday". Mind you that he said that on Oct. 1st. I was thinking that the third of that month was the day he was going to ship it. I was patiently, very patiently I will add, waiting and to no avail. Anthony (Owner) and Kathryn were responsive, knowledgeable, and SO helpful! They worked with me to provide other options, samples, etc., and my final branded hoodie order turned out even better than originally thought! And they worked extra hard to have the order done in time for our holiday party. They literally saved our Christmas! However, from my experience after a few months of purchasing some custom band shirts and wearing them out, Starfish definitely has something good going for them. The prices are definitely reasonable, and they are very flexible with their time From a quality perspective, the shirts are still very good even after several washes. They use a standard fit (a medium fit me nicely), but I'm pretty sure they can work with any T-shirt blanks out there. The colors from the custom print came out very nicely. Even better, they did not fade much after several washes, in comparison to the majority of shirts I've had bought in the past from concerts/events, which experienced a lot of fading or print cracking. The shirt I got from Starfish still had a good quality after about 10 washes, with my custom prints still maintaining a good color with no impact to the finer quality details.

If this would have been discussed and approved I would feel fine but when I asked about why there were two PO's, Chris emailed me and said "why am I having to chase payment?" !! I emailed THEM asking for an invoice on Oct 9th and they sent me the invoices on Nov 11. And I emailed them with questions just a few days later. Chris sent an unprofessional email gaslighting me into thinking I'm out of line for being SHOCKED my invoice nearly doubled with ZERO communication or approval. Seems like a bro run shop who think they can be condescending to their customers (maybe just the female ones?). The company was not organized and I won't be working with them again.
