Quick and easy notary service for 1 document. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Jason is so fast and efficient. $15 per signature, $10 minimum for no cc fee. There is a small parking lot with 30 min time limit which is super convenient. Woild definitely recommend this place to anyone needing Jason's notary services! read more

Got passport photos from here. No wait. Very helpful with photocopies too. Anyone getting passport photos should get it done here. We'd initially done it at CVS and it was a poor experience AND it took FOREVER. Wish the husband had mentioned this place earlier. We were in and out for a toddler photo in ten mins. Highly, highly recommend. And it's a plus that it's so close to the post office that does all the passport appointments too. read more

Great experience with the gentleman who helped us. Walked right in and he was fast and courteous. Took our pictures and even showed us the picture and let us choose. Very helpful and very nice. A great experience. I highly recommend him. read more

My fiancé & I came here to have some documents notarized last year and Jason was super nice & helpful. We came back a few months ago to have our passport photos taken since this is a service they provide, they were super friendly & we love supporting local businesses! Really appreciated that they took more than one photo, let us review the pictures. Would recommend to others & would definitely return if we need other services! read more

I went in yesterday to notarize two documents. The person I met, Jason, was very kind and helpful in deciphering some of the language on the documents, and was patient in waiting for me to fill them out. He also gave me some useful tips as well. I was able to fax the documents over right away. The whole transaction (two notaries plus fax) cost me less than $40. I will definitely come back for future needs. read more

Great, fast service. Needed passport pictures done and there was no line. It took less than 10 minutes.

We only have a mailbox there. The owner and employees are very friendly and helpful. Many services are offered. There's parking.

I called and the gentleman who answered the phone was very pleasant. I asked if I can come in to take passport photos and he said no problem and that there was no weight right now. I came down and he was as nice as can be. I am all about customer service and from the phone call to the in person interaction. It was great. read more

Come here when you need to print out the documents that the DMV right up the street needs, since they can't keep up with our paperless world. So grateful this was walking distance and I can keep my parking spot in the DMV parking lot read more

Called Mailbox USA yesterday with a question regarding birth certificate and notary services. The person who answered the phone gave me really good info which saved me a lot of time and $$$! I had called a few other notary companies regarding this situation I needed handled and none of them helped me as much Mailbox, the guy on the phone really provided me with helpful information that made my life SO much easier. Haven't had a chance to use their services in person, but will definitely be using them in the future when I need them! Thank you so much Mailbox, you really helped me out and saved me a lot of time! Really appreciate it. read more

Customer service is 10/10. We came here to get some forms notarized and they are soooo sweet and accommodating. They even have some snacks and mailing supplies as well. read more

Went over the other day and met whom I assumed was the owner sitting in front of the desk. I asked for what I needed and he had no problem helping me. He was very professional and helpful. As he was helping me 2 other customers walked in and he greeted both on a first name basis. I enjoy working with small business owners and support their hustle. The store is small but efficient and left a completely satisfied customer. Please do not hesitate to use this business if needed. His store has small office supplies and does notary. I suggest calling ahead of time if you need certain supplies as there is not a big inventory. read more

Don't bother with UPS Store. Thanks Jason, for the great service. Small local store with fast, friendly service

A few months after covid shutdowns where everywhere... my dad needed to get some important papers notarized. I was terrified as I was the only person running the errands, getting groceries, going to the the bank for him etc. I didn't want him to go into a store let along having to wait for someone to notarize documents as most of use know...it can sometimes take a long time. Really depends on who you go to. I found this gem through YELP and thought I would give it a shot. We arrived shortly after they opened and got in and out within 25-30 mins! Super fast and friendly guy who helped us! Highly recommend this place! read more

BEST place to get passport photos taken!!!! Highly recommend this little gem!! Owner is very friendly and never a line!

Great service, needed to get a passport photo and this was done quickly with great customer service. The gentleman taking the photo was kind enough to ask me if I liked the photo and retook it when i wasn't happy (I've been in quarantine so am not looking my best anyway....and gave up after the 2nd retake lol). Would highly recommend their services. read more

Nice guy who owns it. He has notary services which is why I went. $15 I think. He can send a fax too (hard to find these days but needed for some government offices), for $3 a fax. There's a parking lot so easy access, and it's diagonally across from In n Out burgers :) definitely supporting this small business! read more

I've been coming here for years, especially when I need to get stuff shipped back home to Australia or notarized. I don't visit as often now but the ownber, Jason, always remembers me and he is awesome!!! He's so friendly & helpful and gives tips to lower shipping costs. Recently, I had to ship a car bumper back to Australia for a friend and what would've normally cost close to $1000 ended up costing half that much. Thanks Jason!! read more

Got my passport photos in a flash, by somebody who knows exactly what they are doing! Five minutes, 12 bucks, for a shot and a spare done precisely to US government regulations. Which are actually a bit complicated. The US Passport Agency officer's reaction, when opening the little folder later that day, said it all: "Great!" (She had a visible look of relief) "You're all set. Your new passport will be ready tomorrow after 3 PM." read more

Still open during covid ! I love Jay, he's amazing and efficient and ready to help me box my packages to be shipped !!! Service is great and it's very clean here ! Also, don't forget to check out the cool paintings that Jay did on the wall! Talented guy! read more

This guy does notoriety and has all the shipping supplies in stock really comes in handy so I don't have to drive around in multiple places.

I needed a fast passport photo and was not happy with the ones I got from a well-known drug chain despite attempts at two locations. There were no mirrors (huh?) which was frustrating because you're stuck with that photo for 10 years. They used a point and click camera and unflattering lighting in the store. At Mailbox USA, the man who helped me had a more serious looking camera which was on a tripod and he had a mirror so it was definitely a more class act. He even asked if the photo was OK in case I wanted a re-do. Interestingly, the price he charged was a little less than the chain. He did not have the software capability to adjust the photo brightness but it was definitely better than the other photos. read more

Just went to Jason's Mailbox USA for a notary service. I was surprised to see he's available until 6pm for that. Very handy! $10 for notary service is quite reasonable, and he took my credit card with no grumbling about the small charge. Clean space, friendly fellow, good price, easy parking. I'll come back for sure! read more

This is tucked away in a mini strip mall diagonally across from In N Out (across from the Exxon gas station. Right next to the Mexican restaurant). Service is friendly. The owner didn't even mind when our kids decided to explore the front of the store. The cost for notary services is very reasonable. Much better than what you get in the City. read more

Chose this location a year or so ago for a mailbox because it was convent and has easy parking steps from the store entrance and quick access off i280 (30 seconds from exit). It's worked out better than expected. Staff (usually Jason), is nice efficent and knows the ins and outs of shipping fedex. Almost never a wait and I've never had a package lost which is more than I can say with some other services I've used. Bonus over the year I have used them for an easy passport photo, replacement keys and last minute holiday/birthday cards. read more
