Got passport photos from here. No wait. Very helpful with photocopies too. Anyone getting passport photos should get it done here. We'd initially done it at CVS and it was a poor experience AND it took FOREVER. Wish the husband had mentioned this place earlier. We were in and out for a toddler photo in ten mins. I went in yesterday to notarize two documents. The person I met, Jason, was very kind and helpful in deciphering some of the language on the documents, and was patient in waiting for me to fill them out. He also gave me some useful tips as well. Went over the other day and met whom I assumed was the owner sitting in front of the desk. I asked for what I needed and he had no problem helping me. He was very professional and helpful. As he was helping me 2 other customers walked in and he greeted both on a first name basis. I enjoy working with small business owners and support their hustle. The store is small but efficient and left a completely satisfied customer. Please do not hesitate to use this business if needed. His store has small office supplies and does notary. A few months after covid shutdowns where everywhere... my dad needed to get some important papers notarized. I was terrified as I was the only person running the errands, getting groceries, going to the the bank for him etc. I didn't want him to go into a store let along having to wait for someone to notarize documents as most of use know...it can sometimes take a long time. Which are actually a bit complicated. The US Passport Agency officer's reaction, when opening the little folder later that day, said it all: "Great!" I needed a fast passport photo and was not happy with the ones I got from a well-known drug chain despite attempts at two locations. There were no mirrors (huh?) which was frustrating because you're stuck with that photo for 10 years. They used a point and click camera and unflattering lighting in the store. At Mailbox USA, the man who helped me had a more serious looking camera which was on a tripod and he had a mirror so it was definitely a more class act. He even asked if the photo was OK in case I wanted a re-do. Interestingly, the price he charged was a little less than the chain. He did not have the software capability to adjust the photo brightness but it was definitely better than the other photos. read more

Chose this location a year or so ago for a mailbox because it was convent and has easy parking steps from the store entrance and quick access off i280 (30 seconds from exit). It's worked out better than expected. Staff (usually Jason), is nice efficent and knows the ins and outs of shipping fedex. Almost never a wait and I've never had a package lost which is more than I can say with some other services I've used. Bonus over the year I have used them for an easy passport photo, replacement keys and last minute holiday/birthday cards. read more

Very handy! $10 for notary service is quite reasonable, and he took my credit card with no grumbling about the small charge. Clean space, friendly fellow, good price, easy parking.
