Unfortunately, my experience with this company didn't meet my expectations. I ordered a vinyl sign and submitted the logo which was black and red, to be vectorized. The draft they sent back looked perfect, so I gave the go-ahead. However, when I received the actual product, the color was blatantly orange, not red. Upon contacting them to rectify the issue, I was met with rudeness and a refusal to acknowledge the mistake. I was told that it's just how vinyl printing works, which was neither helpful nor satisfactory. Very disappointing service, especially considering the high reviews they had. Their prices were average, but now I completely wasted over $500, which is a lot of money when you're running a small business. Also beware, I went to their physical office in SSF as listen on Yelp, and it is another company (window tinting). Seems a little shady to me. read more

It's hard to find a company that makes custom stickers, let alone a small batch at a very reasonable price. My husband owns a flooring company and I wanted to surprise him with a new uniform with his logo for the company. When I was looking for a tshirt prints I was recommended a decalsf by a friend. I went through a lot of stores in sf and Bay Area and decalsf was my first choice based on the price and timing. Me and my husband worked with Alesia on the logo design and color scheme, well we just told Alesia our ideas and she came up with a few options/samples. We had our own logo drawn, but we ended up liking Alesia's version much more. After we received the first order of tshirst we were thrilled. It looked perfect, the quality of tshirs is great, durable but also soft like a brand tshirts. The print looked perfect and after a thousand of washes it still looks like new. No chips or cracks on the logo, the dirt doesn't stick to it and overall quality was much better than we expected. Now we keep ordering every now and then for all the employees. DecalSF also do a lot of different prints, decals and appliqués. Try finding a company to get back to you with artwork /placement work for a van wrap. Then have them follow up with some kind of promptness. If you find it first try then you got very lucky. Save yourself some time and call this company. I tried 5 other companies until I hit Decalsf.
