I had the best experience working with jiminy stitch. I was looking for a last minute print job for two shirts for a concert was referred to them...man was I blown away! As soon as I initially called I knew I was working with such professionals. They checked to make sure they could meet my deadline then we scheduled an appointment for me to come in and do the shirts the next day. As soon as I arrived I showed them the pictures and text I wanted on both shirts and they took the time to design with me right there making sure everything was exactly how I wanted. They even brought out a mannequin for me to put the shirt on and printed out the sizes they were thinking for the text and pictures just to make sure we were on the same page. Since I had to expedite this order I had to pay a little more but it was still very affordable. They even completed the order sooner then they had expected! The best part about this entire experience is the quality of the print job on the shirts. I literally have never seen such quality print job so quickly. If I ever know if any companies or friends needing a print job for shirts this is the first place I will send them! read more

I called in at 3:45PM looking for 80 shirts to be screen-printed and ready by the next day at the same time. I ended up talking to Vivek for 30 minutes, had a super enjoyable conversation, and picked up my shirts the next day as promised. Vivek also threw in some sweatshirts for good measure. Did I mention the artwork was confirmed online and in less than 5 minutes. If you need shirts screen printed, caps stiched, or even Greek letter sweatshirts this place will do it and do so with super top notch service. Pricing was super great, don't go to online sites or any of those other services that provide online artwork. This place will help you hash out your artwork and fontwork as well. read more

We recently bid farewell to a co-worker and wanted to give him a printed T-shirt with a poem as a farewell gift. His last day was Friday and guess when I got wind of the farewell plans? Friday! I quickly look up places that do T-shirt printing and find Jiminy Stitch It. I get a response from Vivek maybe a few minutes after I fired the first email. In the space of an hour, Vivek was able to go out of his way to print the T-shirt the very same day, for a very reasonable price. I go to their location (it maybe a bit tough to find as there is no board outside as an indicator) and I am helped by both Vivek and Aaron. Heck, they even tack on some quick designs on the poem to be printed for free. Talk about a welcoming experience. Definitely recommended, both for quality of of printing and also the customer service. read more

We've had multiple projects in the past from 2015 to 2018 and was successful but for some reason this time around, it was not the experience we expected and they lost a loyal customer due to it. We are a small business and hold ourselves to a standard with expectations and meeting deadlines. What was lacking was the transparency within the communication and customer service which resulted in a loss of thousands of dollars due to their delay. This was an extremely frustrating 2 months of trying to get things done which ended in a refund, AFTER 2 MONTHS. The emails aren't professional from the Art Department, they are informal with run on sentences, misspellings, etc. We reached out and paid thousands of dollars to get joggers embroidered and hoodies screen printed to meet the Christmas deadline on Nov 30th. He told us that hoodies will be done on or before Dec 17th. On Dec 3rd, he told us that sizes Large and XL on the joggers are out of stock and won't replenish until Dec 24th. So this was already disappointing for us because we know we won't make our deadline but out of loyalty, we stuck with them and pushed our deadline back so we can probably get them by early to mid January at latest. 2 weeks later on Dec 17th, I email them again on what's the status of the joggers because if they couldn't order the L/XL's, they should've ordered the S/M/2XL and start production. I was told they have nothing on hand and nothing was in production and they have to order from the same manufacture lot to ensure the same quality. So why wouldn't you order the sizes in stock to start production because you would be ordering from the same website when the sizes become available again right? Wrong. I followed up on the hoodies a week later and they weren't done until 2 weeks after the stated finish date of Dec 17th. We didn't get it until Dec 29th. I had to constantly reach out FIRST on the status if things were done. If I didn't reach out, everything would be pushed back. Now it's Jan 12th, I follow up on the joggers again. Nothing on hand, nothing done, nothing ordered. Was told they'll be in stock next week. Me and my team were fed up and extremely frustrated. You can't buy back time, we already paid you for your service. I took it upon myself to look for another source online to search for all the sizes available in the product we needed. So we can buy it and send it to them for production. I found all sizes available within 1 hour. Asked Jiminy Stich It if they were credible and they said "Yes, because that source probably buys the same products from the website we normally order off of." They would be happy to start production for us when it comes in. This is where the complete lack of customer service from their Art Department comes in. I AM FURIOUS. Why couldn't this option be presented back to us in early December. I just did their job for them! The only option presented to us was either wait for it to restock or choose another garment. If your serious about your clothing business, you're going to choose quality over a lesser quality product to be worked on because you want the designs you put out to be the best. When finally discussing how they can credit us back, he couldn't even calculate it correctly because there was no formal invoice created on their end to help him understand how much to credit us. Even on the phone, he was still somewhat confused of what I was asking for as if he doesn't remember our month long emails of going back and forth. We decided to completely ask for a refund at this point because the back and forth has been utterly ridiculous. I completely understand that we are in a health pandemic and I continued to give benefit of the doubt time after time. But no apology was issued, no compensation was offered for our patience, no discount, just excuses of why things weren't happening. But I was able to do his job and order all sizes that was needed within 1 hour. I never had to deal with anything like this with a screen printing vendor. We now have to take our wasted time and business elsewhere. read more

Can't say enough about this shop, they were the most professional I have dealt with in a long time. I contacted them on Facebook and they responded the next day, they told me to come by so we can go over the layout and pick shirts. I met with Vivek and Aaron, they were both very inviting and patient, they seemed to genuinely want to make a possible new customer happy. Within the week I had a sample layout sent to me by email, I approved it but they gave me the option to come by and see a sample shirt before they did the whole run. The sample was perfect so I approved the run and picked up my order 2 days later. Showed up for an event this week and our tshirts arrived misprinted. I found Jiminy Stitch It by Google Search and saw great reviews. I called them at 9am and sent them the artwork to reprint out tshirts. They printed 24 tshirts with three color one side and 2 color second side and had the tshirts folded and individually polybagged and delivered to our event in Mountain View by 4:30 THE SAME DAY!! They were great to work with! They had stock of all of the sizes of tshirts we needed and use a good quality stock. I have worked in the promotional products industry and so I can tell you this same day service, quality and delivery was outstanding!!
