I was in need of custom tees for my office's annual event and as usual, Shirtique was the only option for me. My orders are accurate, they are made in a timely manner, and Yogi is such a delight to work with. Unfortunately, I attempted to reach out to the business multiple times via phone call and even emailed. I never got through once!! The phone line just rings and rings and RINGS!! I made the decision to physically stop by because I really needed to get the ball rolling on my order. I am met with a lady behind the counter who doesn't speak or understand English too well. I asked if Yogi was available and she responded with him not being in. I asked if he would be in tomorrow, and again, she responds with "no". I ask if there is any other employee who could assist in my custom order and she continuously responds with "I don't know. I don't know. I don't know." This was such a waste of time and now I am scrambling to find another store that can accommodate and accurately deliver my order. 3 stars because I genuinely like this place and have been a long time customer for YEARS!! Embroidery quality did not meet expectations. Shirtique's owner was professional, the embroidery prices were cheaper than other local shops ($20 for this job vs. $25 quotes I received from other businesses), and it took only 1 day to complete the job. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the embroidery. The letters are inconsistent in size, shape, and spacing. (The O doesn't have a rounded top, the A is visibly larger than other letters, the second C's stitching was looser than that of the first C, and the E is smaller than other letters.) Shirtique's embroidery machines get the job done, but they don't get the job done well. I've gotten other jackets embroidered from other locations and have never experienced inconsistencies like this. I'm thankful that the owner recognized I was unhappy with the results and first offered to fix the letters. I then requested a partial refund and will be taking this jacket to another embroidery shop to get it redone :( read more

I had ordered T-shirts' from an online company for my daughters surprise birthday party. 3 days before the party they called to tell me that they were back ordered and I wouldn't get the shirts on time. I was desperately trying to find a screen print company but no one could take my small (1 dozen) order, but they suggested I try this place. I called expecting to be let down and instead had the most fantastic experience. I spoke to Yogi, told him my dilemma, what I was looking for, etc. He took my name and number so he could confirm what he had in stock. He called me back almost immediately and helped me place an order over the phone. I was able to send him a screen shot of what I had designed originally with the online store and he then made the design himself, but even better! Yogi knew I was stressed about getting everything done on time so he texted me updates to let me know how the order was going. I picked them up at the mall and they were perfect!! The dude (small crazy beanie on his head) took my order but did'nt understand basic design or the Greek alphabet. He was lame and made excuses when I told him I was unhappy with the work. Just stood there and didn't offer any solutions. Just sad. He really should tske a class in customer service. Yogi the dude who actually did the design is weak as hell. This was easily some of the best services I had gotten from any printing place. Last-minute I needed around 30 jerseys to have designs printed on the front and back within a 3-week time frame, and he was very willing and open to working with me on what the design could be to fit within my budget. Through the entire process, he was incredibly communicative with me, sending me photos of what the first jersey looked like to make sure I was completely happy with the product, which I was. My husband went in to buy a sweater in late Feb and the sweater didn't fit him properly. We went back in the following weekend to exchange it and not only did they exchange it but they made sure he knew about the quality of the sweaters they had and upgraded him to a better quality one very quickly. We also asked about having a shirt made for our son, what would have cost us $50.00+ for one shirt at another place cost us $24.00 for two shirts. I came here wanting to get a picture printed on 4 T-Shirts. Yogi was super accommodating and friendly. It was hard for me to get to the store and explain what I wanted done due to work hours, but I was given Yogi's business card. I emailed him and he emailed back right away. He told me I could drop off the shirt with instructions if I was unable to go in when he was working. I dropped the shirts off on a Wednesday and they were done by Friday. Well where do I begin with my experience here at shirtique? I first went there to get some white tank tops screen printed as favors for my girls who attended my bachelorette party. I had 12 tanks and had each of the girls' names printed on the shirts. It cost me $96 + tax and they did a fairly decent job, even though they told it would be ready in 2 days and I would be called when it was completed so I knew when to pick up and I never received a call and had to call them 5 days later to see if I should drive all the way from Los Gatos to Eastridge. The same day I ordered the shirts I took in 3 sports bras and 2 t-shirts for embroidery since I saw on their website that they also did embroidery. I put in the order to get these items embroidered with our company logo as a present for one of our clients who lives in Australia who did our wedding invitations for us. I was waiting to get these shirts and bras done for her to send out with her wedding invitation and shoes I custom ordered for her all at the same time to save on shipping. The lady who took my order who is apparently the wife of the owner said that the embroidery person (also her husband and the owner of the store) would get back to me the following week to get the embroidery started. I was in on a Thursday and she took my order and told me that he would call me next week Wednesday. Well that came and went and no call. I emailed the place and no response. I called 3 times to follow up and left messages for the man who was supposed to do the embroidery and was told someone would get back to me the next day and no one ever did. I went to pick up my bridesmaid favors and spoke to someone in person as well and they said that the order was still sitting there as the embroider guy was still in India. Long story short I went to my bachelorette in Vegas and came back and forgot about the items for a few days putting me approximately at 3 weeks later as I called the store back and was told that the owner would be in later that day and expect a call around 1 pm. Well I received no phone call (AGAIN) and called the place the next day and finally spoke on the phone to the owner/embroider person and needless to say I was frustrated at their level of service and unprofessionalism of letting my stuff sit in their store for 3 weeks with no contact or any update???? He was not apologetic, instead he lied and said he called me and the number was incorrect..... I called on several occasions leaving my number each time, I emailed him the logo (so he had my email as well) and on the order form which I got back when I paid for my items all had the right number on them.... I expressed my dismay and he said he would get started right away and told me the cost and at that point I was like go ahead and do it. So he told me that he would call when it was done and SURPRISE SURPRISE I received no phone call again (SIGH)... so I decided to drive down there since calling never seemed to help my situation and when I showed up the items were done (thankfully otherwise I would have raised hell if I had to drive from LG to east side for no reason) In the mean while.... my client who knew she was invited to the wedding cause she printed her own name on the invite has been waiting to receive her invite to book her flight from Australia and because it has taken sooooo long for me to get these pieces embroidered and so delaying me sending the invite and the shoes she thought she was uninvited to our wedding and wrote me a long email obviously hurt by not receiving the invitation she was told she was getting. :((( So I paid for the items ($88.00) and $200 dollars total spent at their store later and a lot of headache and heartache later I am writing this review to tell you fellow Yelpers to NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE..... THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, UNAPOLOGETIC AND A RIP OFF FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY DO.... I have had so many pieces embroidered before by King's embroidery and thought to give Shirtique a shot but never again... at least King's can keep a deadline and turn things over faster as in many instaces we needed pieces for trade shows embroidered by the next day. And King's is about $4.00 cheaper per piece with high quality work. I hope the business Shirtique loses from this review was worth my $200 spent, 3 car trips from LG, 5 wasted phone calls, 4 weeks of my time and my client feeling horrible. read more

came here for the embroidery of my work aprons.. the guy did a great job, no lie.. he was very understanding since i was really picky with size and font, width and length.. he was quite patient! anywhoooo.. i wanted them done the day of.. and his reactions seemed like he would try.. and he would call when it's ready.. i worked right after that.. 7 hours later, i still had no call.. so when i got off, i called and was told that they were ready! a simple phone call would've been nice! other than that, my aprons came out nicely.. it was $30 for both.. which was kinda pricey to me, but since i don't get embroidery done often, i don't know what's expensive and cheap.. but from everyone, it was expensive. oh well! read more

Yogi, the owner, was professional and honest. I am pretty indecisive and he helped me decide on the hat design for my father in law. The store is well kept and organized. It's pretty pricey but I guess if you can afford it, buy it. The price i paid for the personalized embroidered hat i purchased was reasonable though. So... I wasn't satisfied with the hat when I first picked it up due to some super loose threading and Yogi told me it was made that way. After letting him know I wanted it fixed, he offered to fix it but then i would have to pick it up the next day. I told him thats cool, but he went and fixed it for me that same nite within a couple hours!
