This is a terrible product. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! See attached photos. The printing came off the t-shirt after being washed once in cold water. The company does not stand behind their product. We were not given any special washing directions with the item yet they claim that they cannot give a refund for this defective product because we washed it. The company does answer emails, but provided no resolution for this. The t-shirt is useless with the printing looking like this. Again, it was never worn and washed once in cold water and no special washing instructions were provided until after I asked for a refund due to the printing coming off. This person said my order couldn't be fulfilled because there was an issue with their purchasing portal. I was promised a refund and asked to make the purchase again. I did not receive a refund, and asked when it would come. Then their response was they couldn't give me a refund because the portal was not allowing them, and they couldn't access my payment information. My favorite part was they asked for my personal banking information. I demanded my refund to my PayPal, as they have PayPal attached to their purchasing options. I had to threaten this company with legislation to get my refund. I received a refund a month after purchase, and reported them to PayPal. This company is based in Thailand. I wish I'd seen prior reviews. I ordered from them, a coffee mug. Absolutely DEPLORABLE printing. The print was about 1/4 inch and faded and smudged. I was so glad I didn't have it sent to the person I purchased it for. Not at all the image on their website. A disgrace. They also DOUBLE BILLED me and I have not been able to contact them.
