Working with Caliprints has been one of the worst experiences in my life. We were expecting our t-shirt order a month after our order on October 1st. It is now November 21st and we only received half our order. When I contacted my sales rep to see where our order was on the first of October, he tried to blame me for not paying the invoice on the day I received it. However, I did pay for my invoice several hours after I received it (which is a very short timeline). Also, there was an error on my invoice the first time I received it and I had to have them change it for me. In short, there has been a lot of excuses as to why we haven't received our packages yet. The people who have ordered the shirts from me are now asking for refunds and this 2 month delay in delivery has given my organization a very bad reputation. We received half of our shipment just about a week ago and the quality was rather poor. There were these random blotches on our print, but because of the delay we needed to distribute the shirts because they were way overdue. Due to the delay, they did reimburse us... but just a small amount. It was about 8% of what we had paid for the shirts, which is nothing compared to a 2 month delay. Also, they sent us the wrong package. We received someone else's order and had to go through the hassle of setting up a pick up time for them. Also, getting in touch with the sales rep has been difficult. Through e-mail and phone calls, he doesn't reply for days. For my first order I needed 60 breathable fabric polo shirts for retail employees working inside malls. All I had to do was send over my company logo and cali prints took care of the rest. CaliPrints truly gave me the worst customer service I've ever experienced! The deadline for our order was 3 weeks after I placed it and it didn't arrive until over a month after the deadline (so 2 months after I placed the order). FedEx supposedly lost our first package, although the company could not provide me with a tracking number to prove it was ever shipped and FedEx assured me on the phone that even if the package was never scanned, a tracking number would have been generated. CaliPrints repeatedly lied to me about my order and never took the blame for anything they did wrong, instead making constant excuses. They promised us a partial refund for our horrible experience, but then it was rejected by Accounting because the our order was "reprinted at their expense" and acted like they were doing us a huge favor by actually sending us the shirts we ordered. They gave us a credit for next time we order shirts, but since I'll never ever be using this company again, the credit really doesn't matter to me. SERIOUSLY, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
