I'm a filmmaker based in the Bay Area and needed a shirt to represent my brand on set. Tony delivered with quality results, fast turnaround times, and a great attitude all throughout the process. Professional, knowledgeable, and responsive - He has made a customer out of me and I will continue to go to him for all my on-set swag. Roll camera! read more

My husband asked me to draw a t-shirt design for his startup group project. All I had to do was find someone to print the shirts. I called two other competitors and one was very rude (i.e. Do you have the finished graphic? No.Call me when you do.). The other person was so flaky and unprofessional, I called him twice and he never called me back. I was so frustrated and decided to look at another choice. I found SilkScreen on Yelp and contacted Tony about my project. I will admit that I was slightly skeptical about all the rave reviews, was it too good to be true? No, no it wasn't, Tony really is that GOOD! I called and explained my situation. I had a finished graphic, I needed 35 shirts and I needed them as soon as possible. He was so polite and so professional. Tony asked me to email him the graphic and we could look at it right then. I emailed him, he looked at it and he told me that he would get on it right away! He suggested different color shirts, within the range that I gave him , and showed me a proof. It was perfect! Within a week I had my shirts delivered by Tony and they were exactly how I envisioned them. He included care instructions and I learned a little more about the screen printing process. In this day and age it is very difficult to find someone who values customer service and satisfaction. If you are looking for someone to print your t-shirts, I highly recommend you contact Tony, he would be happy to consult and talk you through the process if you are unsure. I will definitely be bringing my future printing services to Tony. I'm already starting my next design! read more

WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I highly recommend SilkScreen Customs! I called around 5pm on a Thursday and told Tony I needed shirts by that night or next morning at 7am. He said it was going to be tough but was willing to work with me depending on the graphic. (EVERY OTHER company that I called on Yelp that had "high ratings" told me I didn't prepare right or that it was impossible). Well, I told Tony what I needed and what the shirts needed to look like. He worked hard into the night and got my team EXACTLY what we needed for our presentation on friday morning. Guess what? It's Friday afternoon and we had our presentation and scored excellent points because of the shirts by building repoire with our clients. Long story short, BUY AND DO BUSINESS with Tony and his company at SilkScreen Customs. read more

SilkScreen was absolutely outstanding and I'm really not surprised to see all great reviews in here! We initially needed 80 shirts for a local event that Google sponsored. I wanted to work with a local vendor and a quick search lead me to SilkScreen. Tony delivered all T-Shirts at a great price and was very flexible with the purchasing process. The first batch of t-shirts were ready weeks ahead of schedule. The design was extremely detailed and complicated and Tony provided advice and was able to deliver amazing quality on every print. Last minute we needed to get a bunch more shirts printed and Tony worked overtime to deliver them on right on time to the event with the same great quality, even though he had just received a big number of other orders. It's really one of the cases when customer service is so good that you get spoiled. Tony was so responsive the entire time and usually responded in minutes and I got so used to it. One time when I didn't hear back in a couple of hours I panicked, only to realize that I had accidentally labeled his emails as spam and they were just not showing up in my mailbox. read more

I needed an individual order (custom sweater) for a Christmas gift, and contacted Tony a week before Christmas from Silkscreen Customs. I was so happy and relieved that he accepted my individual order and confirmed this can be done before Christmas Eve. 3 days have passed and I still haven't heard an update on my order. So I emailed Tony, who confirmed that he was dealing with his father's caregiver and just found out that morning that he is unable to do my order as his vendor is closed for the holidays. 2 stars instead of 1 because I do understand family priorities, but it would be nice to get a quick call, text, or email if he was unable to do this request so I could have used the time and not stress out about finding someone else. Luckily I did find someone else, which was at Big Frog in Mountain View... they ended up going above and beyond for my request and had it to me in hand the next morning. read more

Called Silk Screen Customs looking for some shirts for our Kiwanis Club of Campbell. Tony, who is apparently the owner, went way above and beyond to help us make sure we were happy including concept, design and even delivered them to our doorstep. Tony's design team listened to our ideas, offered some ideas and input of their own and then went to work designing what ultimately turned out to be a mind blowing 100 year anniversary logo for our Kiwanis Community Service. His prices were fair, his turn around time was more than reasonable and his attitude made him and his staff such a pleasure to work with....will clearly only order print materials from this company in the future. I wish all my vendors were like this.... read more

Don't look further or try another. SilkScreen Customs is IT. Period. The end. Tony is very helpful if you're not quite sure on the custom design/logo you are trying to achieve. He will totally help you get the exact look you were hoping for. Your design comes out sharp, no bleed outs or bubbles, no blurriness. Many different options to choose from the apparel he offers. Heck get a matching tote to go with your t-shirt! Support local small business and receive quality merchandise and excellent customer service all at SilkScreen Customs. I will not use anyone else. read more

Great Experience! I've decided to use SilkScreen Customs for all my printing needs as I move forward with my upcoming clothing brand. This was, before I contacted Tony Favorito, a scary and mysterious side of graphic design that I had never been introduced to. I was worried about whether or not my money would be well spent but in the end i couldn't have been happier with my investment. Tony is a cool, caring guy who is easy to get along with and even easier to work with. He has been a great help to me and has done a fantastic job printing shirts for me. I will be coming back. If you're looking for high quality printing for a great price, this is the place to get it done! read more

I am a year overdue for this rating but better late than never, right? I had some custom shirts made for my teenage son Christmas of 2014 and Tony gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced. My son still wears the shirts and the designs haven't degraded at all over time and washings. Tony did a great job and duplicating exactly what I wanted and even to this day we get compliments on the shirts. I definitely would come back to Silkscreen customs. read more

I needed 18 T-shirts for my Ragnar Relay team in about 2-3 weeks. Tony was always on top of things, very responsive on emails, and went out of his way to make the best quality of the design I provided. I trusted him with fine-tuning the colors, placement, and sizing for front and back of the Tshirts, and they turned out great. Very happy with choosing SilkScreen Customs, working with Tony, and that we were able to make awesome T-shirts in that time frame. read more

I wish I was able to give 5 stars like the other yelpers but unfortunately, I cannot. I called SilkScreen last week and spoke to Tony, I explained I had ordered shirts from someone and that person was unable to complete the job and I needed to find someone asap as they were shirts needed for my mother in law's funeral the next day. I told Tony I know I am calling at the last hour and if he cant help me no problem i will continue to look around but Tony said no, he would love to help me, he said he had all the materials and shirts and could have it ready that night or first thing the next morning (day of funeral). Tony texted me his email address to send the photo and said he would get started asap. I called, texted and emailed Tony after I emailed the photo and received NO response. I left a voicemail for Tony and received no response. Needless to say the funeral was the next day and it was too late to find someone else. I was heartbroken and texted Tony the next day to tell him how disappointed I was and in the future, if he cannot do a job just let the customer know but not to ignore them after telling them he can do the job. He was unprofessional in doing so and I would be leaving a yelp review letting people know he stood me up. He responded right away to that text and said "thats BS" and that he "never got my email" I responded and said what about my texts and voicemails I left him. He then said he got called away for a family emergency. So which is it, did you not get the email or did have a family emergency? Whatever the reason, you could have told me by text, call or email that you couldn't help me anymore and not let me think you were doing the job. read more

Tony is great to work with and provides great t-shirts! Thanks Tony, will definitely use you in the future!

We needed an order for the Seniors at Cupertino High. The time frame was soo short I honestly didn't believe we could find someone let alone get it done with such short notice. Then we called Silkscreen Customs and spoke to Tony. He said he could do it! I restated what we needed and by when. Tony said I'm a Cupertino Alumni I will make it happen. Well it's that day and we just got the call all the shirts are ready.. Wow wow wow! Thank you Tony! It's going to be a great Senior night because of you! read more

Silkscreen Customs is great! They printed our class T-shirts and they turned out beautifully. The price was cheaper than other companies I had contacted and the quality of the shirts and silkscreen is very high. I can't say enough about the professional way I was treated during a recent encounter with "Tony", proud owner of Silkscreen Customs on Cypress Ave in San Jose. From the very first contact with Tony, until he handed me my shirts he was in constant communication with me. I only wanted 3 shirts specially made for me and my buddies and he treated my order like. I ordered 100 shirts ! Now that's impressive customer service. More business's should take lessons from Tony ! Thanks Tony for all you do. Ed S read more

I decided last moment that I wanted a special shirt for a birthday gift for a special person. Admittedly I just took a chance on SilkScreen Customs and I was not disappointed. We ordered class T Shirts from Tony and all t shirts received look great with good quality. Thanks Jane, the room parent who recommended Tony to us, the price is reasonable and Tony even waived some of the expense and helped us to redesign the graphic due to poor quality of the old graphic. What a diamond find SilkScreen Customs is and I'll be a repeat customer! Tony helped me with my design and offered printing suggestions, making my vision match the final product. I know this is a business where customers often want the product as a rush and Tony managed my timeline expertly and I got my shirts completed for a birthday surprise, what a hero. The birthday boy is already asking about how to get more. This is a company where customer service means you'll be helped, kept informed, and know what to expect start to finish. I found Tony on Yelp and decided to ask him to screen print on 18 tank tops for my daughter's dance team. I am very satisfied with his job and will definitely use him again. Reasonable pricing with good quality. Tank tops were ready to pick up a few days before he promised. He was also very responsible for replying emails. Though it was the first time to use his service and I was a bit nervous in the beginning, I found him trustworthy during the course of business. Thank you, Tony! read more
