With my daughter's bday coming up, I decided to take a different approach from our usual family party and went with a trip to Disneyland instead. I can only imagine how much more fun this 2nd trip would be since it would also commemorate her being another year older! I planned out every detail in terms of what I wanted her to wear and went with a seller on Etsy. I went into specific details about what I wanted and when it needed to be delivered by. I patiently wait and was super disappointed when the sweatshirt order is not only PAPER THIN but is a completely different design from what I purchased!! Keep in mind that this package arrives 3 days prior to our trip and I am scrambling to contact the seller & stressing over what my child will now be wearing. I immediately hit up Hellatees and the rest was history... Ivan was super supportive and assured that he would be able to come through for my needs. This is no task to be taken lightly because at this point, I am ONE DAY AWAY from heading on the road. I repeat, I am one freaking day away!!! Still skeptical of everything, I was lightweight stressed about whether or not Hellatees would be able to deliver exactly what I needed. Fast forward: Ivan legit made DISNEY MAGIC happen. The design is everything that I needed and he shifted things around to make sure my purchase would be ready for pick up TODAY!! Please view the side by side comparison of what was received via Etsy and what has provided by Ivan. The quality is unmatched & it is clear where quality is lacking. Colors are more vibrant and the material used with Hellatees is high end. I won't be using that Etsy route anymore. All that seller gave me was extra grief and low end garbage. I'll be hitting up Hellatees for all of my custom needs from here on out- regardless of how big or small the job is. Learn from my lesson and wasted time/money...

The quality of their work is excellent, and some of the shirts they made for me years ago are still in great condition today. I've tried a few other companies in the past, and in my opinion, they don't even come close to the quality and service I get from Graphic Effect. Edgar, the owner, is always very responsive, professional, efficient, and easy to work with. He gets everything done in a timely manner, and he always makes sure the finished product comes out looking right. Their pricing is also very reasonable, especially for the quality of work they provide. They're conveniently located in the North Valley area of San Jose, near Independence High School. If you're looking for custom T-shirts, company uniforms, hoodies, hats, sports apparel, event shirts, or anything custom printed for your business or personal use, I highly recommend giving Graphic Effect a call. I've trusted them with my company apparel for years, and they've never disappointed me. Great quality, great service, and great people. Definitely a five-star business in my book!

When it came time to order graduation stoles, I knew exactly who to go to. I needed 12 graduation stoles embroidered, each with different wording. Although his shop is small and tucked away off the side of the road, don't let that fool you. Cam is incredibly genuine, detail-oriented, and takes pride in his work. He asked plenty of questions to make sure he fully understood what I wanted and even created a quick mock-up when I dropped off the stoles so we could visualize the final product. During the embroidery process, he also called to confirm the wording and placement one last time to ensure everything came out exactly as I envisioned. His turnaround time was quick, and he called as soon as everything was ready for pickup. I would recommend bringing your stoles to him as early as possible during graduation season since he has many orders to complete. I paid half upfront when dropping off the stoles and the remaining balance when I picked them up. The embroidery only costed me between $12-20 per stole depending on what was embroidered. The embroidery itself was excellent. The stitching was clean, professional, and didn't warp or distort the fabric at all. Even the backing was trimmed neatly, so it wasn't uncomfortable to wear. Overall, I highly recommend Cam's embroidery services, especially for graduation stoles. He's located just a couple of miles from the SJSU campus, making him a convenient option for students looking for high-quality custom stoles at about a fraction of the price of what the university charges.
