I understand stores have closing times, but customers who are already inside and ready to check out should be treated with basic courtesy, not rushed out the door. In other stores, employees typically allow a few extra minutes to complete purchases without making customers feel unwelcome. Because of how poorly this was handled, I chose not to buy anything. It was a frustrating experience and a waste of my time. I would recommend going elsewhere if you expect respectful customer service.

Have been using this business for printing for years. After Melissa left this place has gone down…read morehill. No one ever calls you back. They only want to do anything through email, which is fine but we don't work on a computer it's easier to ask questions on the phone. They never can figure out re-prints from previous years they always want you to resend it to them instead of looking it up on their end. The final straw is this year's carbon copy, as you can see from the pictures the only part that needs to change is the calendar and they seemed to shrink that part. Called to talk to manager, employee answered "hello" so when I asked where I was calling they said BR Graphics totally fine I don't need a super welcoming answering of the phone but I wanted to talk to the manager. Called him and left a message last week. Knowing they don't really like phone calls I decided to email manager, info, and graphics as well trying to get someone to get the manager to answer me. Called several times to talk to a manager left several messages. Today I called and finally asked for the owner to call me back. Magically the manager called me back! He was defensive from the start, trying to explain what the difficulties we have been having with the business and he asked "what do you want me to do" "I sent you a sample" you're correct you did send a sample but you can't tell how microscopic you made the calendar part. Anyways, just asked for my images back and we'll be taking our business else where. I'm sorry to see this business go down hill the way that it has. But hopefully one day they will get someone in there that likes what they do and has more of a customer service base than the people currently working there.
