All of the graphics engineered was spot-on exactly the way I wanted it. They took the time to a pay attention to the detail that I wanted. They did NOT have all the inventory and were NOT ready to print, so they should NOT have demanded payment first from us and made a PROMISE to deliver the items when they do NOT even have them in stock!
