We have a pool tile cleaning business and David at all star has been lettering or vans for many years. We just got a medium roof Ford transit and brought it to him. He still had our information to quickly lettered our new (used) Van for use. He worked around our schedule and did a fabulous job We had to bring our compressor in later when we got through with work early and he quickly made arrangements to accommodate our schedule also a very nice man. I made my annual visit to All Star Trophies to have some plaques engraved. Luck was on my side, as the parking space right in front of their door was unoccupied. But right after I had dropped the plaques off, drove home, and plopped down in front of my tv, I realized I had made a mistake. So I drove back over to make the correction, and they were very helpful. Better to catch this now than after the work has been done! I needed the plaques back in a week. As always, All Star Trophies had the work done on time. They do good work here. We've always been very happy with the results. Prices are more than fair, and they treat us very well here. The younger guy who is "new " and has been there since February according to his words is extremely rude! I went in to get something created talked to a girl at first which was great they knew what I wanted and everything they had asked me to provide an email of the logo I wanted which I did I called two days later to see an update just to verify that they got the email a guy had answered the phone and right from the bat was extremely rude. He had explained that the logo that I provided was incomplete which I asked what form what I need to make it complete he basically laughed and said I don't know I'm new. Which I ask can I talk to someone who would know? He said no he would talk to David 5 days later no return call back. I called again to see what happened and he laughs again to say I'm not gonna make something incomplete which I again say I thought you were gonna get back to me about what file I needed to send over he laughs and said I'll talk to David which he has said before and obviously hasn't. This is a joke usually they are so nice but this one guy needs better training on customer service. read more

This place is absolutely amazing! After having a very poor experience with a trophy place in Merced (where I live), this place went above and beyond. I wanted my sons urn engraved, and he immediately told me to come in, had my urn engraved in less than an hour (Ingrahams Trophy in Merced had it over a week and did nothing with it), and the guy here in Turlock also went out of his way to make me a separate lasered plate in the event that we preferred that over the engraving at a later date. This urn is hands down one of the most important items to our lives (as it will be where we keep our precious son) and All Star made it a point to make it as equally important to them. I will hands down recommend them to ANYONE (I've already started to), and I will continue to drive the 30 minutes for anything else I need in the future. Thank you!
