At first it was cool. Then as I was getting ready to place my order for 6 shirts I asked the guy if he can give me a deal.. He laughed and said only if I buy 10. I said it's pretty expensive here, it's cheaper in Stockton but it's faster here. He told me with a bad attitude well then go back to Stockton and started to eat his food. I use to come to this place for years and the guy that worked here was on top of it. But I came today and theres another guy working i guess. first it was not open at 11 I walked around still not open at 1130. Then I went back around 330. Yes nre guy he said a hour I paid and said ok I'll be back he wanted me to come in the am I told him no it's OK I'll wait. Came back he was not in the store then he walked it and walked out I called him on the number he left and no answer I text him he said I'll be back in to mins . He didnt come back in 10 mins more like 30 mins.. meanwhile costumers are walking in and waiting. Some walk out .too much ! I brought in two shirts and had a pdf of what I wanted on the shirts.. I was happy with the service and and the shirts looked when done, but they charged me $50 to have them done... I thought that price was ridiculous.. I will not go back... Update- I checked with a store downtown as to what they would have charged for the same thing- they said $10 a shirt.. I still think that $50 is ridiculous considering I brought in my own shirts. I did not see pricing anywhere in the store. read more

I got shirts made here for my son's walk for autism. The owner made 20 custom shirts for me at very short notice and he helped out a lot with input on the design. Our shirts came out really nice and we received many compliments on them. I also received a good discount for purchasing a bulk amount of shirts at once, which was great. The bonus was, he allowed my 15 year old high functioning autistic son who is obsessed with Sonic The Hedgehog to pick out a Sonic graphic off the internet and he printed him his own custom shirt for only $10 since it was his walk. EXPENSIVE! Customer in front of me was quoted $25 but charged $30. Customer corrected employee and paid original quote. I walked out after being quoted $50 for a 2X T-SHIRT with logo and 10 letters. Shouldn't there be a law for businesses to at least have a price point. These people wheel and deal like a flea market ONLY at the expense of how they feel. If I want that kind of service I'll just GO TO FLEA MARKET lol Mo the owner contacted me and gave me credit to make it right! They have since put price points on banners. I've made several custom shirts here at the last minute, sometimes needing just a couple of shirts, and other times needing a bulk order completed. You can walk into the store and choose different templates or you can build your own design (which you can email to them or find on the internet). Many times, the employee will work with you to make sure that you approve the design. When you're ready to print, it only takes a few minutes. I've always put our custom designs on shirts/leggings that I had brought in myself but if you're unable to bring in your own shirt, you can buy one from this store too. Cost to print is a little high- generally $25 and does not include the material you are printing on. read more

A week ago I had shirts done from this company and I was dissatisfied with the out come of the product. Recently I, decided to go back and talk to the manager to see what we could do to correct this situation. AMR, the manager took care of me and made it right. He was apologetic and went out of his way to do the job above more than I expected. I would like to say that the customer service is second to none. Literally washed the shirt once and it bled onto other parts .. the silk screen was more of a cheap iron on, that I could have done my self from a craft store! I paid $15 for JUST for the design, had I paid for the (I'm sure cheap material) shirt from them as well it would have costed me $30+ dollars for a shirt I could have gotten in good quality for $20.. lesson learned never buy things in a rush. read more

The guy in the front is so rude, I went there to make me a custom size sticker for my car, the sticker size is only 3' by 9' it's not even that big, they quoted me 10 bucks each sticker which is so ridiculous. I ask other icustom in Newark and they told quote me only $3 each sticker with the same size and same sticker I requested in Tracy location. I won't ever gonna go back to this location, they lost a business with me. I was gonna get hundred front windshield banner for my car group but they're just so crazy with the price. They even told me they'll give it to me for 5 bucks each after Christmas. That's ridiculous and I need the stickers now. read more
