    Larry is a great guy, very helpful and friendly. No order too big or too small. Always gets my order done and fixed if needed.

    I've been here before and had a negative experience, but I didn't say anything at the time because…read moreI assumed the bald employee might have just been having a bad day. I came by to return curtains. No other customers in store; the bald man tells me you can use the kiosk. My items were too large to fit in the clear bag so I went back up. He said they fit you can do it. So I go back and again as assumed my items are too big to fit. So I grab a label sticker to seal my bag. He then comes up to me and says "don't touch my machine from there because you'll break it. You don't need to seal it that way." I then let him know they didn't fit. He then stated " yes they do I do this all day, I would know." I let it go and left. Didn't continue the the back and forth he was looking for. He was very rude, condescending, and clearly unhappy in his job. He seemed irritated by every customer who walked in. Today, I returned and had a similar experience. The employee (woman with un groomed hair that threw it into a hair-clip) assisting customers was also unfriendly and didn't greet a single person walking in. When she saw the line growing she blurted out, "We aren't taking Amazon returns you should have seen the sign on the door" and looked away. Overall, the staff here are consistently unwelcoming. They appear more interested in talking among themselves or being on their phones than helping customers. It really feels like they don't want to be there. I won't be coming back. I'd rather drive to a neighboring city than deal with this kind of service, even if it's just five minutes away.

    It was a busy time which I understand (6 people all showed up at the same time). The big bald guy…read morewas sitting down helping a couple with what looked like notary services and the other shorter man was taking care of scanning packages. The first of us who showed had an Amazon return so the big bald guy looked up and told him to use the machine on the side. He didn't acknowledge anyone else in line. I was 4th in line and the first two people were Amazon returns. We were all in line behind them at the machine so I asked if I also needed to wait there for a happy mail return. He (the big bald guy) looked up annoyed and said no I have to see an associate and then I asked where do I get in line for that (signaling if I can get in to start a line for the associate. He answered with attitude "there's only one line" other people started to form a line outside of the store and asked if the line was for the self help machine or an associate. I replied mocking how the big bald guy answered "there's only one line" and he looked up as if angry and finally let us know to go inside to form the line so there could be two lines. He was really unprofessional in how he originally answered. He didn't give apologies. I'm upset with the customer service offered here.
