Don't come here for rush alterations, Zero star for me, they will just take away your money, the woman told me to come on Tuesday(April 21) for a rushed alteration of 2 items, I paid $44 for 2 items and the woman said that it will be done by Tuesday(April 21), but when I came, they were closed for a wedding, after my vacation, I went back to claim my items, was asking for a refund and just to charge me the normal price but refused. Now the man was telling me lies and said that they called me on Monday(April 20) to pick it up at 2pm. I had a flight at 7pm and when I came in they are closed for a wedding, I worked the night before and had lack of sleep and I wake up just to claim the items at 2pm because I had to catch a flight at 7pm at SFO. Now they said it was my fault because of their miscommunication between those two. He said he tried to call me on Monday but never received a call. Total liars and wicked business. Never again. Please stay away. I don't really give bad and negative reviews but this one is an exception. read more

When questioned about the remaining stain, owner said that was the best he could do and would not offer a discount. Every time I bring in stuff for dry cleaning they so an amazing job. I have a custom made dress that my daughter has to wear multiple times for our Portuguese Festas and they always make it look like new. My brother got a call from his daughter saying she got a call from Parklane Cleaners where she dropped some items off at and the owner recognized her last name telling her he had some shirts with that last name on them. My brother went to pick them up and they were my dad's that he dropped off October 2, 2020...in his mental state the year before he passed he forgot about them, but the owner held onto them I guess in the hopes he would be able to give them back one day. My dad had been a customer of his for 31 years and by the number on the garment bag he was his 17th customer. My family is eternally grateful to you sir...they may be just shirts to others but those were my daddy's everyday shirts...shorts and button up shirt all year long. So, so glad I found Parklane Cleaners! I moved out to Tracy from the Bay last fall & from what I found, there are no good dry cleaners out here in Tracy...bummer. I needed our comforter insert dry cleaned. When I called a few places, cleaners didn't know what I was talking about or said, "You don't want to do that; it will be left with a chemical smell." Glad they told me on the phone because they are right - I wouldn't want that! As soon as I called Parklane, the owner knew exactly what I was talking about & ensured no lingering smell, as he uses alcohol to clean, rather than other chemicals. In short, FANTASTIC experience. Great customer service, the comforter insert was well-cleaned & has life in it again. The owner is extremely polite & service-oriented toward his customers. Not only did they have it ready earlier then we needed but it looked brand new when we got it back. The GUY said "is this a sweater ,did you guys have a food fight or something I'm going to have to charge you" 1. obviously I'm NOT expecting you to clean it for FREE. 2. It was DIRT bcs cowboys ride in dirt 3. It's none of his business how it got dirty. It's his business to know what the stains are,yes but not how we got them. 4. So rude to assume. I went to a cleaners in lathrop they took them in no questions asked and half the price as these people and left them spotless.. Took my dress here and waited 2 days to be told they wouldn't clean it only 2 hours before pickup time. I appreciate they did not want to ruin my dress, but they should have told me right away. (If I had planned to wear it this weekend like the other items I brought in, I'd be screwed!) When I asked for a recommendation of what to do instead, I was told to take it somewhere else and let them ruin and pay for it. Seriously?! I hope to find better cleaners... I brought a few blazers in for cleaning. Of the four I asked that one have spots addressed (white cotton). When I picked up my items, I made sure to check the white blazer and found none of the spots had been addressed. So they took it back to have them try to clean again. When I picked it up few days later I find not all the stains were addressed. Worse - the blazer had not been pressed. The lady said they could take it back to press. I chose not to waste my time. Unbelievable how could they return an item without pressing it? read more

This is a huge review needed! Don't go here, if they ruin your stuff, they take no responsibility and will treat you like dirt. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star since there is no option for ZERO stars! I don't even know how this place has good star ratings! After reviewing all the cleaners on yelp, this cleaners seemed to be the best one around. Beware as they are not! I took in my husband's jacket & jeans, he is very particular about his clothing so I always prefer taking them to get dry cleaned. A lady checked in the 2 items & went over them. Explain that with black jackets sometimes can bleed onto the brown which I understood. There was nothing wrong with the jeans, just needed to be cleaned & pressed. I took them in on a Thursday, apparently there machines were getting maintenance and I would not have them back till Tues. Figured may as well since I needed it done. Then it was costing $21 just for the 2 items! WTH! PRICEY! That should have been my hint not to use them but I went ahead with it. ...big mistake! They called me up the day of pickup to say that the jeans had a stain from the thigh to knee area and asked what it was. I explained that I brought it in with no stains, the guy started getting loud on the phone. Asked if coffee or alcohol was spilled on it. First of, he doesn't drink coffee then he kept insisting it was alcohol. I told the guy the pants was inspected when I brought it in & there was no stains. He started yelling on the phone & told me to pick up the items. Apparently he did not like it cause I was accusing them off ruining the jeans, which they did! ! He got even more angry, yelled and hung up the phone. When I went to pick it up, he was not there. The lady that checked me in said she did not see it upon inspection and there is different lighting in the back. The stain was clearly seen in the front of the store, they take no responsibility for ruining your items! ! Then they wanted me to pay in cash and would not take my card payment for the jacket. This is the service you get! I told her to contact the owner or I'm calling the police. ..they should not treat a customer any different. They were lucky I decided to walk away with ruined jeans! read more
