We thought it was going to be a difficult process, but she greeted us and explained the process and took it from there!!! It was a huge relief for us!! Great laundromat with ample parking availability. The washers were clean and had additional machines around the corner when busy. Fluff and fold service available Monday-Friday. The facility itself was clean and tidy with several laundry carts to utilize. I came in fairly early (around 8:00am) on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy. Though I could see around peak times it might be a little awkward to maneuver around or you find yourself waiting for others to finish their laundry tasks before being able to slide by. Washers seem to range from $5.75-$12.75 depending on size Large dryers are a bit pricey at 25¢ for 3min There are soap machines and change machines onsite for convenience. These are chane only machines . Last wash is at 8:30pm Overall a good experience. read more

I wanted to try their wash and fold service. Naida was extremely helpful and made sure my daughter's clothes were taken great care of. It's a struggle sometimes to wash and fold baby clothes but naida took care of everything for me. I would definitely come back. Overall it's usually great. I normally go on Saturdays, but this time I went on a Friday evening because of a schedule change. The girl working that night was a bit rude. She saw me clearing and folding my clothes. I already had two stacks on the table and was trying my best to finish so I could get to the next dryer. She told me I had to take my clothes out of the dryer so another customer could use it, which I understand but there were other unoccupied dryers available. She brought a cart over made me put my clothes. I didn't want it to look like I was taking all the carts, and honestly it was embarrassing having this conversation in front of other customers. I was already trying to move as fast as I could. While I was in the process of removing my clothes because I felt like I had no option she then had the audacity to ask if I wanted help at this point I felt like she was being sarcastic. And At that point I was already annoyed. She could clearly see me trying to fold two large stacks on the table and finish up as quickly as possible. It's not like I wasn't making an effort. Being asked to remove my clothes on top of everything just felt unnecessary and frustrating. In the end, the other customers used a different dryers anyway. I've never felt the need to just hurry up and leave before, but this time I felt so uncomfortable. If there hadn't been any dryers available, I would've completely understood. But there were open ones that's the frustrating part. No apology or acknowledgment after putting me through all of that. read more

My washer broke and had to order parts so I had no choice but to use a local laundromat. I'm so glad I chose this one! Literally everything is brand new- all the machines! It was clean and convenient. I've told a few of my friends who live in the area to check them out and they say the same thing. I'm not sure why people have given negative reviews? Washing machine soap dispenser was FULL of black mold/mildew! Yuck!! They obviously do very little to maintain their machines, if at all.

Absolutely love this place! It dries my clothes perfectly nice. I've never had any trouble with any machines. There were 1 or 2 broken machines and perhaps the owner can provide some 'do not use' posters for these broken machines. It's cleaner than most public laundromat. The employees have always been nice to me and helpful. I give 0 rating!These people are worse than the previous owner.Thr place was looking a bit better but then hired someone who's worth shit.I called owners and they never answer. I just called them 7 times right now.He finally calls me back to yell at me.To tell me he never received a call or related messages from his worker.Thats bullshit!I've wasted so much money here.Since I live close by and sometimes convenient for me.Though it's an inconvenience when it never fails this place owes me money everything I go.I can't even add up anymore on what is owed.Im a good person to not complain so much but now it seems as if people like this push you to the limit of not taking care of your loyal customers. Worst place to take your laundry to wash. I put my clothes in 5 washers total , only a few articles of clothing went into the washers, all 5 washers were done with the cycle and all of them were completely soaked. There are no attendants there available at all, there's an owner number available that I called. The man answered the call and told me that I could only stick a few articles of clothing which I let him know thats exactly what I did. 8/28/2023. I spent around $20 that day and I was asked to take my clothes and put it in different washers. I took my clothes out and took them to spin cycle. They have actual staff and people that are willing to help and that are responsive to customer concerns. read more
