And they didn't have bags to place my clean clothes in afterwards. Plus they'd charge me for the machines plus an additional $15 for their service. What kind of fckery is that?!? So I drove around and around to stumble upon Laguna Laundry. It was a little hard to see because it sits in the cuts. But I was determined to have clean clothes so I found it!!! And I found Miss Brenda. She was planning her new business as I walked in and we hit it off right away. I explained to her what I was looking for and she promised to do her best and deliver. And She Did!!! She took the best care of my clothes, folded and neatly bagged them. I got a nice text saying my clothing was ready and that made me extremely happy. Clothes look good, smell good and folded nicely so I simply slide them in the dresser. I'm so happy!!! I usually drive to the Bay to have clothes laundered. But now that I've had the Ultimate Experience with Miss Brenda at Laguna Laundry I have no reason to travel far. My clothes are happy to stay. Note: the laundromat is nice and clean. Their listing on FB MP showed a refrigerator for sale however upon talking with Alma from Ac Appliance Services from Lodi CA , she suggested a repair based on our problem instead of purchasing the refrigerator they had for sale. They could have just gone through with the sale but went beyond and above, sending out their repair team (her husband and son) to fix the problem! I bought multiple appliances for rental properties from AC Appliance. My experience was good enough, although you do pay more than if purchasing from a private seller on Craigslist. In February 2026 I bought 2 microwaves and a propane gas range for different properties. I told Alma, the owner, that I planned to install the range in a cabin we are building and that we would store it until we had the kitchen built. She said no problem. In April, we were ready and we moved the range to the cabin. When we unwrapped it one side of the oven door came detached. We did not know what caused this but we wanted to get it fixed. I called Alma but she almost immediately was hostile and accusatory. She said "my workers" had lifted the range by the handle and that caused the problem. I told her there were no workers other than myself and my husband and we had not lifted it via the handle. She accused me of not listening to her (as she made things up). I told her I just wanted to know what to do to get the one hinge back in so the door could close. She and her husband then sent me a YouTube video on how to take the door off. They also sent me pictures of the range in their shop pre-purchase with the oven door fully attached and open. I was able to use the YouTube video to take the door off. I then took pictures of the hinges showing them in different positions. I asked what to do to reposition the one hinge. Alma did not respond. She would not answer my texts, or my phone calls from cell or home. I had to use another person's phone to reach her. She said she would not help me because I interrupted her during our previous conversation. While I was ghosted by Alma I read Yelp reviews. Other people have expressed the same--Alma becomes hostile before she even knows what the problem is. Her knee jerk response is to blame the customer (or imaginary workers). IMO she would rather lose a customer than be helpful. Like another reviewer "it started good but ended badly." Alma should get someone else to handle customer service. I will not give them any more of my business.

I have had lots of carpet cleaning services over the past 40 year and NEVER , I mean NEVER, did any of them even come close to the job he does and their charges were close to his. NONE of them were at our homes longer than 90 minutes. He works for 6 or more hours on the carpet. He just came and cleaned our carpets in our Ceres home. Again he spent 6 hours restoring my carpet and only charged us $500. People need to know how much better a service they will receive through Quinton Carpet Cleaning. I wish someone had shared with me about this company 30 years ago. I am just thankful that I finally found the best.

We had a large amount of carpet to remove and wanted hardwood in its place. In addition we were trying to come close to an existing wood installed 7 years ago. Steve was so patient, he took a sample of our existing floor and searched till he was able to provide us two choices. The price was outstanding for the amount of work involved. Luis and Carlos installed our flooring, these guys were so professional. The quality of work was amazing. We have no transition strips in our house (no trip hazards ). They were able to make perfect cuts from the wood to the existing tile in the bathrooms and around the fireplace. Everyday I came home from work they left the house clean and functional. They took care moving our furniture. Our walls have rounded corners so putting the base boards back looked ominous to me, but they were experts and put it back better than the builder in some areas. We were more than pleased with our first experience with them and once again, Gary's Floors did an awesome job. The carpeting is absolutely beautiful and Gary's customer service was outstanding.
