We are on a long road trip from Texas and staying at Glory Hole Recreational Area for a few days…read more Washing clothes and getting groceries were priority so Spin Cycle was in a perfect location, since it is located in the same strip center as SaveMart Grocery. A pharmacy is also located there as well as asian restaurant, so it pretty much marked off anything one needs while waiting for their clothes to get clean! When you walk in the washers are pretty much to the left and the dryers to the right, so very easy to navigate. What I appreciated is that the washers came in 4 different load sizes to choose from, and you could choose between credit or quarters- so helpful to have that option! The dryers came in several different sizes as well, but only took coins. They do have a change machine onsite. It was a busy place, and all machines were operational and it was very clean. They even had a nice sitting area in the back. I would recommend this place for checking all our boxes!

Some of the machines smell moldy, but I found a few that didn't. The dryers didn't dry my clothes in one go, had to run them twice. The clientele is a mixed bag, and I don't recommend leaving your clothes unattended at all. The attendants are avoidant, which is off putting. I would rather let laundry pile up until the new one arrives than go to this unpleasant place ever again.

The facility itself was clean and tidy with several laundry carts to utilize. I came in fairly early (around 8:00am) on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy. Though I could see around peak times it might be a little awkward to maneuver around or you find yourself waiting for others to finish their laundry tasks before being able to slide by. Washers seem to range from $5.75-$12.75 depending on size Large dryers are a bit pricey at 25¢ for 3min There are soap machines and change machines onsite for convenience. Two weeks later, our new washer has yet to arrive so I came early hoping to avoid crowds. I expected dirt and age, because this shopping center has been around since at least the early 90s, but it's beyond my expectations! Only customer here as soon as it opens and it doesn't seem like they cleaned from the night before. Trash on dirty floor and just dusty. I put my small load in anyway. When I went to wash my hands at the sink after it was FULL of large roaches!!! So disgusting! It's a shame that this is the only option in town and I feel bad for anyone who has no other choice to travel further for another laundromat. If you can, do so. For the conditions of the place, prices are ridiculous too! Cheapest is $4 and jumps all the way to $12.
