When my fiancé and I walked in, there were a lot of washers and dryers open. Most of the washers were clean but we found a couple with hair and a loose sock so we just avoided those ones. It didn't take too long for all our clothes to get washed and dried, about 30 minutes each. There's also a bathroom on site, but I think you'd have to ask the attendant for access. The price wasn't too bad either. It was about $4/wash and $5/dry. Will come back here if my laundry machines ever break down again!

But the floors are clean, as well as the machines. They have washing machines and dryers that do very large loads. Not too expensive. To do a average load with their top loading machines is $2.00, $3.00 for the front loading machines, and $6.75 to do use one of their commercial machines. The dryers, which are also commercial sized cost ¢.25 per 8 minutes. Overall I'd recommend this place.

Most concerning, some of our clothes were damaged likely from leftover bleach in a machine, which points to a lack of proper maintenance and cleaning. I did end up finding another laundromat that was much cleaner and better maintained, so I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Other places couldn't do that turnaround, so we decided to go here. Big mistake. When we went to pick everything up, the owner (I believe) was gone for quite a while, and I had a feeling something was off because what was taking so long. She finally came out with my husband's suit, not even bagged, and said the shirts weren't ready. She told us to come back the next day, but we explained that wasn't possible since we had a flight early the next morning for the wedding. I told her fine, just give us the shirts as-is, and we'd get them cleaned elsewhere. I'm thinking at the hotel we'll send them out for dry cleaning. But then she said she didn't even know where the shirts were! Are you serious? She said they must be in a large laundry bag somewhere, and she didn't know where the bag was??? and wouldn't let me go look myself. She refused and again said she didn't know where the bag was. which idk, to me kinda sounds like they send them out or something because how do you NOT know where the laundry bags are?? Completely unprofessional and sketchy. We reminded her the receipt clearly said the items would be ready today, and she acted totally unfazed, no apology, no urgency, nothing. When I asked how she planned to fix this, she literally shrugged her shoulders like idk and stared at us. I suggested a discount, and she just waved her hand for us to take the suit. We had no choice but to rush to Macy's to buy a new shirt for my husband last minute. When I came back on Monday, the same woman was there. I reminded her who I was, and she finally brought the shirts out, then tried to charge me for them! I told her the wedding had already passed and showed her my Macy's receipt as proof we had to buy replacements. She argued with me. After going back and forth (with another customer behind me), she raised her voice and told me to just take the shirts and leave. I guess because she didn't want to continue the scene in front of the customer behind me. When I got home and looked closely, the shirts were STILL DIRTY around the collars! We ended up taking them to another cleaner to fix the job. Turns out, the mistake was because the worker who took in the clothes put the wrong color tag on the hanger (Thursday instead of Wednesday). Whoever handled cleaning only looked at the color tag and not the actual receipt ON the shirts that had the correct date. Between losing our items, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability, this place was an absolute nightmare to deal with.

I had come in to wash some clothes and brought my toy poddle (…read moremini dog) and was told that my dog needed to be on a leash (I normally carry him on me but had to put clothes in the washer). She asked me if i could pick him up, i then told her yes. The owner scolded me as if I were a child. As soon as I put the clothes in, I will grab my dog. She proceeded to tell me that if I didn't like the rules, I could leave. With her attitude, I decided to leave. My 14 year old grandson told her not to talk to his grandma in that way. This woman got in his face and told him, "What are you going to do about it." She's lucky I didn't start taking my earrings off. I just told him, "Let's go."
