Of the 3 options you have in the City of Tracy, this one is by far the best. I actually visited all 3 options before deciding to go to this place. Although I am not giving it a 5 star rating, I feel like I will definitely come back here. The place isn't very big, but the machines look pretty new and like they work. There are two really strange-looking alienlike ones (see photo) but also 4 very large ones (28 quarters) and a lot of smaller -to-mid-sized ones for roughly $2.50-$4 a load. There are plenty of dryers for $.25/6 minutes. Cons: there is no restroom FYI and minimal counter space for folding. Also, there are only 4 seats for waiting so I can imagine people standing around a lot if it got busy. Luckily when I got here around 2 PM on a Saturday, it was relatively empty and no screaming kids running around. At the time of writing this, I just checked the status of the dryer after minute 7. I put one load of bedsheets and bath towels in for 18 minutes, and although I've got 7 minutes left, I feel like everything will be thoroughly dry by the end. I'm impressed. I've been to laundromats where the washers work and the dryers suck, so you end up spending your money on that or line-drying at home. Not here. Yay! read more

First off, this facility wouldn't get 5 stars if it wasn't for Linda's hard-working ethics. She makes this place sparkle like nothing I've ever seen in a laundromat. I like to wash my clothes on off-peak time, so I can enjoy the quiet time - no kids hanging from the ceiling fans, whiny babies, unmonitored children making a mess with handprints all over the windows and dryer doors. I've watched Linda put in her due diligence with this place and she goes above and beyond her call of duty. With that said, she makes it an enjoyable place to come to wash my belongings - without having to use nasty washers like I've seen in other places or the nuisance of kids play. I have piece of mind when I know my clothes are being washed in somewhat of a sanitary washer without the presence of the previous customer's filth/dirt. So THANK YOU LINDA for all your efforts, because I appreciate all that you do and your outstanding work will never go unnoticed with me! BONUS POINTS FOR BEING OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY & security cameras for additional comfort & protection! The pricing is affordable here for the top load washer (household style washers). It allows for ample amount of clothing without breaking the bank. I've never used the commercial washers as they almost look like they hold the same size as the one I use. The dryers are in decent condition. You do get the average 6 minutes for every $0.25, with the option for high, medium or low heat setting. There a few folding tables and carts to use while there. The only negative about this place is there isn't an outlet to charge phones/laptops, no TVs for leisure while waiting or bathroom. Besides that, this is an ideal place to come to if you live near Eleventh street in Tracy. read more

The cleanest laundromat! There's a lady that maintains the shop, she constantly mops the floors and wipes down the machines. Be careful and watch your step! They have ceiling fans and a swamp fan which keeps the place cool. My mom and I did 5 loads in 3 hours. I will be returning! read more

Used this business while we were still waiting for the shipment of our things. The place needs tidying up, it's dirty! I never get to see the light of day of their bathroom since it was always locked when we tried to use it. People that use this place sometimes doesn't have the common courtesy to pick up their litters eg. dryer sheets, etc. Their machines are very affordable and they worked great, so I'm happy with that. read more

If all you need is to do is wash then this place is it. There are no other entertainment as the the only video game machine in the back has been broken the past two weekends that I frequented the place. Washing machines are plentiful and usually always in good working order. The cleanliness of the place needs some work though and the toilet paper is always out. You never see the attendant or owner so it's all self serve as a laundromat normally is. I would love to open up a laundromat here in Tracy and have everything this place has and what is should have to cater to the customer, a real one stop shop for laundering clothes and entertainment in the meantime. read more

Well my dryer broke down!!! I went to the laundromat to wash 6 loads of clothes I called myself checking a the washer and asking my kids to look behind me, so then I started on the dryers, same thing. I went home started to pack for vacation then got side track on other stuff, that's when I realized I forgot 2 loads of whites in the washer!! I called it was 2 days later the lady answered "rude as hell" I told what happened and it was my fault but she had I don't care attitude and told me to talk to the lady that was supposed to be there but wasn't. So she called her and the lady Said she threw them away. I said ok thanks anyway. Like it was my fault but don't I think once someone realized they left clothes don't you think they would come back!! So, I completely understand that the places can be dirty and what not and I do have agree, they do need a decent sweep here and there, but the washers are pretty good. I used the double loader wash which was 4.25 for one wash which was about half an hour. And then the dryers is 25 cents per 6 mins of drying, so for me, I used about a buck to dry them so in total I paid about 5 bucks and waiting time would be about an hour. Decent place to just go and wash clothes. The place could use some redesigning though, other than that you just get what you paid for. read more

This place is so expensive I would rather hike to the closest river with all my laundry, a washboard, and a club and do my laundry like our predecessors did. On the bright side, this place has large machines that could probably fit most of your household needs. read more

I have to say this laundromat is by far the cleanest facility I know in town. I would like to say thank you to Linda who keeps the place very clean and comfortable for all, along with great hospitality and customer service. They have a mega huge washing machine and large dryers. Perfect for the comforter my son peed on. I don't think you are supposed to wash a down comforter in a regular machine but it got the pee stink out and its still fluffy and warm. My son got a fake mustache from the vending machine and we played like english gentlemen until our stuff was done. read more

I had no problems with the washer or dryers I used. A few had signs on them, explaining an issue they were having. I was there in the middle of a weekday afternoon, and I didn't have to vie for a machine. There is a quarter dispenser that takes bills up to 20s. Felt like your basic laundromat to me. read more

absolutely horrible! What a rip off! I paid $7.75 for 1 load, and the stain was still there. I had selected hot, but I felt the door , and it was cold. I don't think the water ever got past lukewarm. The dryers are a joke. The place is not well kept. There are places in the Bay Area that are way cheaper than this place, and that's in the Bay Area. I like this place. The machines are mostly new. I met the owner and her family during my first time here. They were very nice people.

I havent been to a laundromat in years and I forgot what a terrifying experience it is ;) . I thought that if I went later in the afternoon all the house wives would be done and the place would be mine, this was the case when i lived in Bernal Heights (SF) . Not here in Tracy, As I approached the place I heard a low roar of screaming children that turned into a thundering constant wail as i hit the entrance. what is this Chucky Cheese OM F-ing G why would one choose to bring ALL your children to the landromat. I needed something to carry my clothes in, Not one wheeled basket was available and a crusty lady sitting near the door ( I swear it was Cathy Bates) saw me and said " Its late afternoon, what were u thinkin' I just looked at her and smiled as i made a B-line for the only washer i could find. One tough but friendly Cholo was actually using the neighboring dollar store shopping cart to store his toddlers in. Needless to say the place looked like it seen better days. Fortunately the change machine worked as did my washer and i efficiently was in and out as quick as Possible. Yes i lost about $2 in a dryer that had no heat but experiences like this serve to humble one's self. This place served its purpose. What a great luxury a home washer and dryer really are. I use this laundrymat when I need to wash larger items that won't fit in our washing machine at home. Make sure to not use too much soap, as most people do...sometimes I don't use any, since there is so much left over from thr people who have used the machine previously. read more
