Really wrote run facility. The staff is always very helpful. Although some of the machines are not working even on the busiest days they have other machines available the space it's fairly clean. I had to come here after my dryer broke and I had a relatively good experience. The location of this laundromat isn't too far from my home, but it felt a bit unsafe walking around outside because of the liquor store next door. When my fiancé and I walked in, there were a lot of washers and dryers open. Most of the washers were clean but we found a couple with hair and a loose sock so we just avoided those ones. It didn't take too long for all our clothes to get washed and dried, about 30 minutes each. There's also a bathroom on site, but I think you'd have to ask the attendant for access. The price wasn't too bad either. It was about $4/wash and $5/dry. Will come back here if my laundry machines ever break down again! read more

I've used their Wash & Fold service for a couple of years, now. I've never had a substantial problem until this week, but I'm happy to say that they went above and beyond to make things RIGHT! I dropped off a considerable amount of clothes and items to be laundered, but when I went back to retrieve them, only half of my items were there. Apparently, while my laundry was drying, some other customer removed my clothes from the dryer and took them. We don't know for certain if it was an intentional or accidental act, but I'm trying to give the benefit of the doubt. Once the management reviewed the CCTV footage, and determined what had happened, they offered to compensate me for the stolen items, and their offer was quite fair. I like the cleanliness of the facility, and the way that the staff handles every Wash & Fold load as if they were washing their own clothes. I'm going to continue to use their services! read more

Firstly, their open hours are great for those who commute! Thank you for the early and late hours! Secondly, we came in, forgot our laundry detergent and the attendant, Erik, was super helpful and let me know what options they had that I could choose from to purchase. Pretty reasonably priced too. Our washer had a little glitch, he came over right away, and fixed it in seconds. We then came across all the dryers being in use and he showed us one that was for app users. Yes, they have an app making it easier to get things done and to remind you when your clothes are ready! Anyway, we put our huge, Cal King, comforter in the dryer for 20 minutes, and it was pretty much dry!! Erik was very helpful, very friendly and was cleaning up as people were coming and going! Thank you Erik!! He's a Giants fan folks, so we knew he was good people! Work on your football team Erik! For first time in years. The last 2 times we went None of Washers and Dryers connect through Speed Queen App like they used to. Tried both Wi-Fi and on Cellular and even deleted App and tried again. The person working there is NOT helpful with this and doesn't know what they are doing. Also side door needs to remain UNLOCKED so if something happens there are 2 ways out for Fire Hazard or Safety especially for Women in Facility. What is going on did Ownership change? read more

I used to think this place was great. Now it has become run down and if you like smelling Marijuana from employees and also the homeless people who hang out outside, then this is the place for you. Today is the first day I haven't smelled Marijuana on an employee for a while, so that was a great surprise. My washer decided that it wouldnt let any water out and I decided I dont want to wash my clothes again here. Because of the persistent problem with people asking For money for beer and drugs. I asked for a refund on the wash and my detergent that got wasted and was denied. Crazy, so I've gone in last couple months and the two biggest machines are broken. On top of the ones next to it. The big machines are the reason I go there. Place is dirty the employees sit at the desk when they could clean out the lint in the dryers, empty the quarters from the machines that are full. Used to love this place, but as a business you would think that they'd FIX the machines for their customers that are not working. We went to spin cycle the man with dark skin , is rude , these is a true story we did the dryer we thought these one machine is empty we open we saw one T-shirt we thought someone else left so we decide to put in the table the men come run to me he said that mine i said oh no he said I'm going to let you out this laundry machine and I said I'm going call cops on you very disrespectful. Hands down one of the best laundromat Ive ever been to. It was my first time here and it was a 95deg summer weather. I had my baby with me, and baby was getting irritated d/t heat. I and hubby were hurrying up folding the big blankets. SHANE came to us and gave us ice to cool baby down, also water, fan and clean towel to help baby. He was very helpful not just to us but to everyone. One of the best customer service I've ever had anywhere! He was very attentive to the customers needs and helped out right away. The machines were also very convenient because i was able to download an app that i used to pay the machines and gave me notifications when my laundry was completed. Horrible experience, I got there the app was not working, the atm wasn't working , the change machine wasn't working. I went to the front counter to see if he knew how to fix the atm or if he could give me change, I said "By any chance do you know how to fix this error code? This young guy maybe younger than me like early 20's gets up to see what I'm talking about he walks out the office following then all of sudden just turns around and goes sit back down... uhh okay I'm thinking he is either getting someone else to help me or grabbing something. I'm standing there by the window waiting for him to say something. ... nothing I say.. so you don't know how to fix it? And takes off his AirPods and says "what did you need help with again?" Ummmm ??? I said did you not just hear me the first time? He says " I have no control over that". (Oh so he did hear me the first time) I said then why didn't you just say that bro?? He just looks down. Something is off about him. If he is not competent he should not be working there. All had to say was "sorry you have to call the atm customer service " it was the weirdest interaction ever. Also it was unbearable hot in there. It's sad to say our washer broke and we're waiting to buy a new washer and dryer set.. but for the meantime I'm glad this location is available! This location is very clean and they have enough washers and dryers to make your experience easy going. The prices are great I suppose.. only thing I would have liked if they didnt have to be so close to a liquor store... per usual, the people that go to liquor stores especially to the one next to it always come out with alcohol ... it's prone to cause problems. read more

I've gone to this place multiple times before and all were fine, expect for today. Unfortunately the system was down when I went, and there were signs to use the Queen app rather than exchanging bills for quarters (that was also out of order). I put in $15 into the app and was trying to start 2 washing machines $5.25 each (total $10.50), but the first machine was giving me issues. I'm surprised I had that much patience. The app kept erroring out saying "taking too long? Cancel & try again." I even tried restarting my phone multiple times, turning WiFi on & off, but the app did not work. Then finally I went to my car and suddenly the first machine was activated. Then I tried doing the 2nd washing machine, and that was even worse. After the 10th try (probably) the app said "not enough credits," yet I added $15 and should've only spent $10.50 for 2 loads. Welp it charged me $5.25 and the machine never worked (it didn't even give me the green button to start). So I had to add $10 more. Still didn't work lol. Thankfully after 20 min or so there was a lady at the office room. I appreciate the lady's help, but was not satisfied with not getting my money back and rather just went to credit on the app to which I did not want to have to deal with the app anymore. On top of that, I tried using the dryer with the app again and same thing still happened. Luckily the lady was able to start it from her phone, yet I was still charged for the inconvenience that the app was having. This may be the very best laundromat in Tracy! It was super clean and was empty (probably because they recently opened). They had a bathroom, two TVs, snack and ice cream vending machines, a change machine, and you could even purchase detergent and dryer sheets if you forgot them. I was also happy with the ample counter space for folding laundry and the available seating. Even the materials used to construct the place were fancy (I think the countertops were some sort of quartz?!?! I'm not sure... but they sure looked fancy- had sparkles in them and everything). Only came here because my dryer broke down on me. Part ordered for it would come days later. Saw good stars on this place so decided to come in. There were few people there but still enough carts/baskets for others to use. Its clean, looks like they keep up with this place. Our clothes and blankets dried pretty fast after less than 30mins in dryer. It was an in and out for us. Be careful because the parking is kind of dark. read more

I have a very upsetting experience I left my clothes to dry for 40 mins around 8:40pm, i came back to check on them @ 9:20 and the laundromat ended up being CLOSED!! If you guys have a sign that says you're open till 10 pm you guys should be having the employees follow it! I have all of my work clothes in there! read more

Our machine went out and I had to go to the Wash House. I hadn't been to the Wash House in a very long time when I walked in, I was really surprised and impressed by what I saw. They have TVs if you want to stay and watch. They have an app that you can use that tells you when your clothes are finished. I saw the customer service person cleaning the washers out after every person washed their clothes. Definitely suggest this place if you need to wash or dry clothes. read more

This place has an attendant here all day. The crew is very friendly and always helpful. They have normal machines that operate by coin or by the speed queen app. They have all sorts of size washers and dryers. Dry is 7mins for 25 cents Wash varies from size. The machine I use all the time is $4.25 per wash. They have a wash and fold service that is very helpful for the folks on the go. It's price per pound and most days they can have a turn around within the same day. If not normally all done and ready the following morning. Last wash is at 8:30pm read more

First time using a pickup and delivery wash and fold service. Working long hours and commuting to the bay from the valley makes doing laundry such a chore and exhausting to do, especially after a long day of work. Last few weekends have been consumed with being out of town for family business. After finally having a weekend off we accumulated a little over 100 lbs of laundry to do. Here comes spin cycle laundry to the rescue!!! Communication was a little choppy at first, but their actual wash and fold service is heaven send. Instead of spending an ENTIRE WEEKEND doing laundry we opted for the pickup service and had the clothes delivered back the following day. There can be questionable individuals that wander around here. Proceed with caution. Other than that, good pricing if you want to save from using electricity at home. Careful of using particular washers because some non-contributors like to leave trash (or food) in their loads and create an awful smell. My stuff was piled up in the corner of the office on the floor, untouched. No answer on the phone. No answer on the ring camera. I have been using their laundry service since 2022. They have a star employee "Lorena" who keeps this facility spotless! She is friendly, has a positive attitude and very helpful with customers who don't know how to use the machines. This is definitely a great place to come and wash your big comforters too. It's 7:10 am and no one is here. This is the 2nd week in a row that I've showed up and the building was closed. Last week I came at 6:30 on a Thursday, waited about 10 minutes then left. If this laundromat doesn't open at 6am you need to place signage up saying so. I've been coming here for a couple months because I don't like Lava Laundry down the street. I'm now heading to Lava Laundry due to this. Besides them not being open at 6am like they're supposed to this laundromat is clean and a bit more exspensive than others in the area. read more

It's official; today will be my last visit at this laundromat. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I came in tonight with a couple laundry baskets of and spent $25 on washers. I was having an issue with one of the washers I loaded; it wouldn't start. I went to go check in at the front counter to see if I was able to get some assistance. There was no one at the window, but there was a younger guy sitting on the counter next to some of the wash and fold clothes, with his feet in a cart rolling it around while we was playing on his phone. I asked him if he had seen anyone working there tonight and without looking up from his phone, he rudely said "yeah, me." It seemed as if I was bothering him. I explained to him the issue I was facing with my washer; I had hit start and it had been about 10 mins and the washer had yet to start. He told me rudely what the solution was in as few words as possible, still not looking up from his phone, and had no interest in getting up to help me. I hope they stick around and teach laundromats across the nation how it's done. We didn't have to carry loads of quarters, just scan the QR code and pay via their app. There are tons of washers and dryers. Plenty of parking, free WiFi for the app, and you can have your machine text you when the cycle is almost done so you don't lose track of time.
