Went on a Sunday morning to knock out a bunch of laundry instead of doing it at home ALL day. It was busy but I found washers and dryers with ease. The business itself seems well run and clean it's the customers that can be annoying. Is it that hard not to be a cart hoarder? You really only need to it transfer your laundry to and fro but some people will never get it. Probably hands down best laundromat in Tracy. They also do wash and fold which looks like a great value if I wasn't a weirdo about how I do my laundry. You can also check what machines are in use via their website. read more

I like coming to a laundromat when I want to rush through a big wash and not tie up the machine at the house since I live with at least 4 others who do laundry. I really like this place for the use of Speed Queen payment app. Even if you step away to the liquor store next door or just want to sit in your car for a bit since it could get stuffy in there, the app will notify or text you when you have 3 minutes left or it's done. I like how fast the dryers dry, so you're not continuously throwing money at the machine to get everything completely dry. If you need to buy soap or softener, other than vending machines, the attendant sells options as well. The trash stayed piled up while I was there, but it was busy. The attendant is doing people's wash who drop off & go, so she couldn't really get to it. I'll be back soon! read more

This laundromat is alright. Staff is always cleaning and helping customers. Downside is we went on a very hot day and there is no AC. The guy working said a fan is on but it was blowing hot air!!!! For a laundromat to make so much money they should be able to afford AC. read more

This morning there was some new gal working there, with foot long eye lashes. She was rude to others, ok to some,others, but acted highly prejudicial and extremely rude to me, and refused me service! I asked for the name & number of the businesses owner, but she refused to give it to me, rudely threatened to call the police on me, and rudely slammed her window shut on me! Worst service that I have ever received -- anywhere!!! And I have reliable witnesses who can verify all this. . Their restroom is worse than a Mexico City truck stop! Only one bathroom for the entire business, for both men & women! They are usually out of toilet paper, seat covers & paper towels! And they put water in the soap dispenser! Do they think their customers are too dumb to know the difference between soap and water??? And to do that to customers in the middle of the Covid, flu & cold season? And for all this they charge more for than the competition for this and other surrounding counties! Ruined my day, week & holidays too. read more

First time using a laundry mat ... I think. I like how there is a detergent dispenser and quarter dispenser at your convenience. There are also lots of washing and drying machines. I liked the variety in different machines and how they have the load size per machine. I came in to wash just a large picnic cloth and so I used a $3.50 machine to wash. I believe last wash time is 8 or 8:30PM which is more than reasonable. I would definitely use this place again. read more

Various size washing machines & dryers in huge quantity, all most all working, clean & comfortable environment, with waiting & folding areas, with large TVs. Clean Restroom, Eric is always available for great customer support and they really maintain the site well. They have good wifi and an App that accepts credit cards and notifies on the status of the machine. read more

It was my first time here and I was nervous because laundromats intimidate me. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a smiling face. He introduced himself as Mike and offered to help me out. He was a breath of fresh air. Usually the people that work at these places are not engaging or friendly. But Mike went above and beyond making sure my comforter was washed, dried, and restored back to a fluffy cloud. He even gave my a laundry bag at the end of my cycle. This by far the best wash house I've been too. You can literally pay from your phone. They have laundry condiments on deck if you forgot something. It's clean all over. When I say all over I mean the whole establishment from the building to the equipment. read more

This is a busy place at the weekend, but everything is clean and the machines are well taken care of. I'm so glad I found this place.

When I have too big of a laundry load, man this place has saved us time. It seems to be not to busy every time I've gone and and I go at random times. The app is really nice when you don't have bills and alert you when it's done. I would say the only con is probably a bit pricey but it pays to have a nicer place and cleaner clothes. read more

This was my first time having to use a laundromat my washer was currently broke and the repair guy was waiting on parts. I am sorry I forget her name but the woman working there was super super helpful she went out of her way to show me around and help answer my questions. She was awesome I hope to not have to be back BUT if I ever have any issues with my washer and need to clean clothes this will be the place I go! I called up Spin Cycle and they gave me up front pricing to pick up and drop off my laundry for me. They did a great job with washing and folding and they were also very nice and helpful. I rarely write a review. But service was pathetic. I left 4 comforters for wash and dry. I don't know about washing as I can't tell. But none of the comforters we're dried. They folded all comforters and put them nicely in the bags. Luckily I opened the bags after going back without storing them as is. Will never use again. read more

One time I forgot tide pods and he gave me some. 3 seconds ago he came out and brought someone's laundry cart back in so they didn't have to. I'm very community oriented here in Tracy and We finally have a decent working laundry lounge that has functioning machines. I'm here at least once or twice a week. Since your facility opened I met a young lady by the name of Dominique! This young lady is always cleaning non stop! Every single time I'm here your laundry lounge is always clean and smells like cleaning chemicals. Dominique always goes above and beyond with customer service skills! She always ask myself & others if we need help with anything. She always holds the door open or gets a rolling cart for myself & other customers. She always has a positive attitude & a smile on her face at all times. Because of positive people such as Dominique and the cleanliness of your facility is why I continue to return. I refer many other people in our community of Tracy to your Laundromat. The workers are sweet! Plenty of machines! And the place is always clean. They have coin op machines and a change machine for you, but you can pay with your phone as well with the scanner on the machines. There's plenty of TVs to keep you entertained while you finish your loads of laundry for the week! I had to go here for a month since my dryer broke but I never mind going in because the place is kept clean and I get to cut my time in half since they have plenty of washers and dryers. read more

I hadn't used a laundromat in over 15yrs... and of course my washer decides to break down during Covid times when shipping is taking forever on my washer so I had no choice but to go to a laundromat I absolutely loved this place everything is clean plenty of machines with different load size which is a time saver!! the employees are very helpful I had help from Mike he was extremely nice and helpful.
