Wonderful local shop. It's in a lovely part of downtown Tracy. Knowledgeable and well priced vacuum repair.

Very pleasant people. They did a tuneup on my sewing machine and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. Appreciate it very much.

I will never go back to this place…read more After calling around to several dry cleaners, this one said they could have my husband's Brooks Brothers suit and shirts ready in 3 days for a wedding. Other places couldn't do that turnaround, so we decided to go here. Big mistake. When we went to pick everything up, the owner (I believe) was gone for quite a while, and I had a feeling something was off because what was taking so long. She finally came out with my husband's suit, not even bagged, and said the shirts weren't ready. She told us to come back the next day, but we explained that wasn't possible since we had a flight early the next morning for the wedding. I told her fine, just give us the shirts as-is, and we'd get them cleaned elsewhere. I'm thinking at the hotel we'll send them out for dry cleaning. But then she said she didn't even know where the shirts were! Are you serious? She said they must be in a large laundry bag somewhere, and she didn't know where the bag was??? and wouldn't let me go look myself. She refused and again said she didn't know where the bag was. which idk, to me kinda sounds like they send them out or something because how do you NOT know where the laundry bags are?? Completely unprofessional and sketchy. We reminded her the receipt clearly said the items would be ready today, and she acted totally unfazed, no apology, no urgency, nothing. When I asked how she planned to fix this, she literally shrugged her shoulders like idk and stared at us. I suggested a discount, and she just waved her hand for us to take the suit. We had no choice but to rush to Macy's to buy a new shirt for my husband last minute. When I came back on Monday, the same woman was there. I reminded her who I was, and she finally brought the shirts out, then tried to charge me for them! I told her the wedding had already passed and showed her my Macy's receipt as proof we had to buy replacements. She argued with me. After going back and forth (with another customer behind me), she raised her voice and told me to just take the shirts and leave. I guess because she didn't want to continue the scene in front of the customer behind me. When I got home and looked closely, the shirts were STILL DIRTY around the collars! We ended up taking them to another cleaner to fix the job. Turns out, the mistake was because the worker who took in the clothes put the wrong color tag on the hanger (Thursday instead of Wednesday). Whoever handled cleaning only looked at the color tag and not the actual receipt ON the shirts that had the correct date. Between losing our items, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability, this place was an absolute nightmare to deal with.

Customer service is none existent when something goes wrong and you will need to jump through hoops to talk to the manager. Two and a half weeks ago my mother dropped off a few of my Indian ethnic outfits. As can be assumed by the one star review, one of my trousers was completely ruined. I originally spent close to 100 dollars on the garment itself not including shipping from India. When my mother went to pick up the clothes they originally just gave them all to her without admitting that they were damaged, had she not personally checked each item we would have not even known until it was time for me to wear it. The employ at the front desk informed her that she could not do anything without the manager, who apparently only is in less then 3 hours a day, a few days a week. I called last week to ask if the manager was in but she wasn't and was told she would be in on last Monday before 9. I finally had time this morning and called and asked if the manager was in. The receptionist had a very passive aggressive tone while she told me that the manager had been waiting for me to come in the past few weeks. I was also told to bring in the matching top of my trousers before 10 am. I went in and saw my trousers which had discolored all over, with one leg being much lighter and the fabric becoming "crunchy". The manager informed me that she could only refund me the original fee of eleven dollars or she could provide a store credit of 50 dollars. When I would try to say something she would simply say that that the shop took "no guarantee on ethnic Indian clothing", she kept pointing to the embroidery on the top and saying that they can't be responsible if it falls off, even thought the top was perfectly intact and that isn't something that's told to the consumer when the items are dropped off. She also told me that providing the 50 dollar store credit is the most "they" allow her to do. I asked her if there is an owner that I could take to and she claimed she is the owner. Honestly this experience has left a really bad taste and I really don't appreciate the dishonesty about passing along a damaged garment or claiming to be the owner even when you have a boss who I would have rather talked to.
