The facility itself was clean and tidy with several laundry carts to utilize. I came in fairly early (around 8:00am) on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy. Though I could see around peak times it might be a little awkward to maneuver around or you find yourself waiting for others to finish their laundry tasks before being able to slide by. Washers seem to range from $5.75-$12.75 depending on size Large dryers are a bit pricey at 25¢ for 3min There are soap machines and change machines onsite for convenience. These are chane only machines . Last wash is at 8:30pm Overall a good experience.

It was almost closing time but she refused to even let us finish before closing time, telling us we gotta take our clothes however it is, so we literally had to stop our dryers and take our clothes out, some half wet still and take it home because she wanted to rush home. On top of that for a small detergent they charge like 9 bucks. Not worth it

Some of the machines smell moldy, but I found a few that didn't. The dryers didn't dry my clothes in one go, had to run them twice. The clientele is a mixed bag, and I don't recommend leaving your clothes unattended at all. The attendants are avoidant, which is off putting. I would rather let laundry pile up until the new one arrives than go to this unpleasant place ever again.

The staff on duty was very pleasant and helpful. I washed bed comforters to give my home washer a break since I had three to wash. One of them didn't wash very well in the $4.75 washer (parts of it was still dry after the wash). I probably should have used a larger machine (the next size up). The others washed just fine; I was able to put two in the $7.75 washer. The dryers didn't give much time (7-8 minutes per quarter) and didn't seem to get very hot. Maybe that's normal, but I wouldn't know. They were almost dry after 2 rounds of 15 minutes on high each, but I decided to finish drying them at home instead of feeding the machine. I would probably go back if the need arises now that I know what to expect. Plus, the staff person on duty was super nice.

I saw a homeless lady opening the dryers and taking out other people's clean clothes. I also saw people there who look like they are doing drugs. On one occasion I saw a male with blood stains on his pants and he was talking to himself (I saw no type of wireless headphones being used, so it couldn't be that). I know having blood on your pants and talking to yourself is not a crime, but I felt unsafe. On another occasion, my friend told me she saw what looked like a gun in the trunk of a car. She saw it when the male opened his car trunk to take the clothes out. I see that there are staff on duty which I appreciate greatly and thank you for that. I still rate this place a 5 star because staff is great, price is reasonable and the equipment is clean and in excellent working condition. I know that those issues are not your fault, but please do something more about the security other than cameras. I would love to keep coming here and in fact I drive 15 minutes just to go here, but I'm starting to feel unsafe at this location. My friendly suggestion is if you could maybe hire security for the high risk times and days (maybe at night and slow days) and or also have a male attendant instead of only a female especially in the night. Thank you so much!

And they didn't have bags to place my clean clothes in afterwards. Plus they'd charge me for the machines plus an additional $15 for their service. What kind of fckery is that?!? So I drove around and around to stumble upon Laguna Laundry. It was a little hard to see because it sits in the cuts. But I was determined to have clean clothes so I found it!!! And I found Miss Brenda. She was planning her new business as I walked in and we hit it off right away. I explained to her what I was looking for and she promised to do her best and deliver. And She Did!!! She took the best care of my clothes, folded and neatly bagged them. I got a nice text saying my clothing was ready and that made me extremely happy. Clothes look good, smell good and folded nicely so I simply slide them in the dresser. I'm so happy!!! I usually drive to the Bay to have clothes laundered. But now that I've had the Ultimate Experience with Miss Brenda at Laguna Laundry I have no reason to travel far. My clothes are happy to stay. Note: the laundromat is nice and clean.
