Pfft. I'm really hating this location. My almost 80yo mother in law went here and needed help with an Amazon package. The guy who runs this place didn't want to help her. He told her I'm the only one here, the Kiosk for Amazon is over there, and points to the self serve. Dude, if shes GOING TO THE COUNTER, she needs help. And of coooourse it's the same guy that didn't want to help me when I had like 5 packages in my hand, and one big box. No one else was in the store. He told me to use the kiosk as well. I needed tape and asked if I could use his. He told me I had to bring my own tape or buy it. And someone else walks in and brought their own tape so I ended up asking to borrow theirs. Terrible. I've also wanted to come here like 6ish on a week day and they were completely closed for the day. I work in Livermore and would rather wait to go there or drive all the way to the Naglee location where they are HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. I only go here if I have one small item and I can use the kiosk. Don't go here if you need help with your packages. These people are NOT looking to help others. They're just here to exist. Unless they don't want to help other people of color. Because they are not helping other Asians out. read more

Nice new location this offers s number of services including Notary, Printing. Mailbox rentals, Passport photo service and of course Amazon returns (along with Xfinity, Comcast & AT&T among others). It's easy to find in the plaza next to Safeway, mainly because of the music they're playing outside. The young man working when I made a drop off was friendly, efficient and made my visit very quick. read more

I have always been this store since it's open. Today was the first time for me to have employee helped me due to long line at the self-service. I had everything packed and only it would take a minute to get it done. I came to the front desk and the young guy who was packing the package looked at me and did not say anything. I waited there for almost 5 minutes and finally i asked how long it will take for him to help me. He said another minutes. at that point I was very upset because he could have just stopped with what he was doing and help me really quick at first place. After another minute he finally slowly came to the computer and ask another customer who was standing in the self service line. I confronted him that he should not get another customer who was standing in the self service line. but He ignored me and continue with what he wanted. This is young guy needs to be coached on how to do customer service. read more

I used the self service kiosk 4/30/26 at 10:50ish for amazon return items and had to come back to place 2 items in boxes per amazon return instructions, then i told the guy UPS associate i'm coming back and he had to reissue me a receipt that voided my previous receipt. 11:10ish I came back with my boxed return items but the self service kiosk now prompts me that the items status is "dropped off" and cant find the return QR code on my phone anymore.. at the time another female employee was there to assist me and told her that i just was there few mins earlier this now the issue. She politely listened to my request for assistance and asked the same UPS guy who reissued me the receipt earlier what to do (he was just next to the wall where customers cant see). He is still on break the UPS lady said and told me to wait for some time because the guy who helped me earlier is still on break, so I just decided and told the lady i'm coming back for a quick grocery run. I came back around 11:40ish the ups guy was able to help me with my returns. California employees are required un-interrupted 30 minute meal break but the customers need a specific time frame how much longer to wait and since she is relieving the person on break she should know what to do with minimal coaching, I felt that the 2 associates there yesterday did not try to help each other that i have to wait for an unknown amount of time to be helped. read more

It's very unfortunate because the owners seem nice, but they have rude and lazy employees. They see a long line and do nothing to help, and I will start choosing Staples instead in the future. read more

Terrible Service - Unprofessional and Extremely Slow This store has the worst service I've ever experienced. Completely unprofessional, painfully slow, and the scanners don't even work half the time. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place if possible--it's a complete waste of time. I stood in line for over 30 minutes with just one customer ahead of me. The employee at the front was unfazed by the long wait, and another staff member who could have helped me earlier just stood around instead. Only after half an hour was he finally told to assist me--this level of inefficiency is unacceptable. If this is how they treat customers, I won't be returning. read more

I was excited when this store opened, I've always had amazing experiences at the Naglee UPS and was happy to have one closer and in my town. However, I have had two experiences in this location and neither have been good. The first time I came to return an Amazon package, having never done it before, I was reading the instructions. An employee came over and said "you look like someone who has no idea what they are doing!" She continued with the fact that I had a confused look on my face, it was just rude. She then walked away and didn't even help. I decided to give them one last try and ship one of my packages from my small business. The young girl at the counter could not understand me. I was trying to spell things out but she really was struggling to understand. I believe English is her second language, so I was being extremely patient and writing on my phone for her to see. We were doing well and she was kind until it was time to check out. The young girl went to give me my $1 AAA discount but didn't know how to do discounts, she asked her uncle, the man who I believe is the owner for help and he stopped her and demanded to see ID and proof of AAA. My husband grabbed his card out and handed it to him. The owner scoffed and said "see it's expired, no discount." I realized the new card that expires in 2029 was in my wallet at home but I wasn't about to drive all the way home for $1. It was pretty shocking to see an owner act this way, especially because the other locations don't even ask to see the card. They just trust that you're not lying for $1. Either way I ship weekly and they lost my business over a dollar. I get his card expired but to act that way was unprofessional. As a customer I was so patient and understanding especially when we stood there for a good five minutes watching them wrap up other items and ignore that we were there but to then embarrass us over a dollar discount is just poor business. I'll continue to go to the UPS on Naglee because customers are treated a lot better there. read more

This store took a package from me at 11:00 am for next day delivery before 10:30 am. This store did not deliver my package to UPS until after midnight that night, and the package is now scheduled to be delivered a full day late. The employee did not indicate any delay would occur. The store's system for on-time delivery is not sufficient for time critical packages and UPS and this store should be avoided for critical items. read more

really bad experience! the person that received my package, started arguing about my package tape not sticking correctly. I asked if he can sealed with the his tape and he mentioned that he won't charge me this time, but next time I would have to pay for the tape. I told him that UPS Tracy tape packages no extra cost, he continued his argument about if he gives me free tape, the store loses money, that's how economics works. blah, blah. I have never experienced this type of arguments about tape in other UPS, until here at Mountain House. read more

Horrible service. Needs to improve on everything. The worker with long beard chased me out the store... like what? He said i couldn't scan labels and yelled yet the other worker had told me it was fine. I've never had a worker tell me that i can't scan labels. This is the only place who's had an issue with it. Worst ever service so far at UPS store, Mountain House. The lady was working there, was not at all helpful and started screaming in front so many people full of line, she was helping them and suddenly looked at me, I actually helped myself through their amazon kiosk and telling me you should not have a box, I told her politely, I was here yesterday and was asked by a turban guys that I have to get a box to return amazon stuff. But she was not ready to listen and her tone was so loud and rude. She is an Indian lady with the glasses on and talking to an Indian as if we do not know anything. Sorry lady, you are the one should be helping us and not us to do your work there. I have used their UPS store a lot but not going there anymore, I felt very disgusted and felt very disrespectful. read more
