I had the file on a usb drive and it took just a few minutes for him to place the order in the computer and download my file. He was very professional, freindly and helpful. They treat their delivery drivers like shit, usually threatening them with harder routes or losing their jobs if they don't pack their trucks with freight (usually damaging the freight). I'm surprised no-one in the corporate has noticed how bad this terminal is. Stockton and Sacramento terminals look down on the Manteca terminal yet nothing has been done to fix it. The person who helped us didn't know how to accomplish this task. My wife had to show him how to do it and then we had to arrange all our papers back in order. .20 cents per copy for 34 pages.
