Great service...nice people.. and willing to wait after hours since I get out of work late

Horrible customer service would highly recommend to wait in the DMV over a horrible attitude. I still haven't be ruining a refund it they just a quick update I still never received a refund they were rude I did tell them it wasn't a threat that I was going to post a bad review there was horrible service she's the one who raised her voice they are the ones who took my ID took my registration with my name told me was in someone else's name told me they could fix it then gave me a registration to somebody else's name that is on them not me you said you didn't care about the bad review clearly you do wish you the best in your adventures and journey to anybody else reading this post highly would recommend skipping them waiting the line in DMV horrible service not good people and please tell me the only thing allahu would you give me someone else's registration clearly on you not me That's the whole reason I didn't pay for it The whole reason we had the argument that is because you guys gave me somebody else's registration on my car clearly a mistake on the DMV's part but why would you charge me for it??? read more

Went there a few months ago for live scan services and though they unfortunately were rejected due to poor quality, both women in the office were very helpful and attentive. I appreciate their level of care when providing a service and even helped answer some questions that I had just out of curiosity. read more

I didn't catch her name but the lovely woman working there was very attentive and knowledgeable about all my questions I had. Incredibly kind and professional even though she was busy when I came in she still acknowledged me. May sound small but it's really the details that matter. Nobody wants to be somewhere they feel bad energy from someone who doesn't want to be there. I dropped by with some questions about a Service I needed last minute. She explained to me in detail (which I very much appreciated) of what items I needed to get my needs in order. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I'd definitely go back for any services they provide; & will give updates;m on my experience. which I'm sure would be great. A Waaaay better experience than the dmv. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME just go to the DMV Both the owner and assistant at front desk were very rude called before twice to see if they were able to do a task and they said yes waiting for an hour plus just to be told to go to the DMV they don't value their customers or their time read more

ZERO STARS!!!! How this place is in business or even has good reviews is beyond me! Ashri and EZ Title is the worst customer service I have ever experienced . She is extremely unprofessional and became threatening and abusive when confronted with a mistake (which she blamed on client). Ashri became so irrirate she started yelling at me and dominated the entire conversation when I was finally able to ask a question, that proved her mistake, she told me to F.... OFF and hung up on me. I would not give this location your time or money! read more

Way too many extra fees lady started out great then someone shows up at her house she suddenly doesn't appreciate my attitude I never gave her one, don't know where that comment came from. She said all i would need is to get vin verification from chp for a salvage title everything else was taking care of and paid, nope suddenly more fees 27. more , i had already paid 480.00 for registration but it became suddenly the first time all together so i thought 554.17 , now she added 27. grand total $581.17 I would have not paid the extra fees at dmv this set up in a residential house is set up to rob people of extra fees , now I am short on bills because of this, she acted like she cared but didn't and it was my son's birthday. Thanks for the extra charges i really could not afford. Some how some way i 'am turning this lady in she is weird i never gave her any attitude.......I wish i would have showed her what that really is. read more
