What impressed me most was how much she was handling at once. While helping me with my printing order, she was also taking care of other customers coming in with packages, boxes, shipping, and purchases, and she kept everything moving. You can tell she's a hardworking small-business owner who knows how to multitask. We even went back and forth on pricing. Obviously, a business can only discount so much and still make money, but she genuinely tried to work with me and get me the best deal she could instead of just giving me a price and sending me on my way. She was thorough, compared options, made calls, and explained everything. What I especially respect is that her business seems to be built heavily through word of mouth. Coming from another local business that also values referrals, I appreciate that a lot. When customers recommend you because of the work and service you provided, you have to keep earning that reputation every single time. It shows that she's willing to put in the work and let her customers' experiences speak for the business. As another local business owner, I respect that. She understands what it's like to run a business, make a profit, take care of customers, and still try to help the little guy and other local businesses when she can. The shop is a little tucked away, but once you find it, it's definitely worth stopping in and comparing their pricing with the bigger office and printing stores. So, I went in with my papers and UPS sticker and she did it all for me. They even provide you with copies you notarize for free. She was super friendly! Other places charge for ridiculous things like a piece of tape to shut a box. They have everything in here. They're able to ship with all the major shippers. What she did was take my money up front, did literally zero work, and then did not return any calls. I feel for her office staff, as they seem like genuinely nice people, but avoid this office/service at all costs, there are literally dozens of decent document preparers/paralegals in this town that will provide you good service and not blatantly rob you under the guise of helping, while using legalese to get away with it. Not to mention they leave portions of papers out that are very important to the people being served.
