    I was a customer with this company until switching providers in March 2025. I followed every…read morerequired step to properly cancel my services: I paid off my equipment, canceled through their third-party account lender, and my new provider even submitted a cancellation letter on my behalf. After completing all of this, I reasonably believed my account was closed. That assumption changed when I was contacted about an unpaid balance after fraud was discovered on my card. When I called to investigate, I was informed that this company had continued charging me for monitoring services the entire time--even though the equipment they were supposedly monitoring had been offline since cancellation. At no point did they contact me to question this. The first representative I spoke with, Leah or Aliyah, was helpful and confirmed that my service had been canceled and that I should be receiving a refund of over $250 . However, after being transferred to the billing department, the experience deteriorated significantly. The billing representative was rude, repeatedly cut me off, and ignored what I was saying. I have now been on hold for over an hour and forty minute waiting for this issue to be resolved. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as well as contacting a lawyer.

Another service came…read morein with cheaper prices and better service. well after paying off the equipment and calling in and canceling they continued to charge me over 500 dollars for service i wasn't receiving! hell they didnt even call me to say hey were not detecting any equipment!!!!!!! but they still are charging me . each time i call someone says yeah we can help and transfer me to someone else that i have to explain again and they still want the money! i will never recomend vivint again! customer service sucks!!!!!!
