Yesterday ( April 30th ) I brought several USPS and UPS packages to be mailed - they were prepaid and labeled. My mother came along with me with a package to send via USPS. The young girl working behind the counter took all my packages, only gave me a receipt for 1, and set my bins down / or handed them to me and I set them down, but began to help my mother. After she got my mother's package labeled, we got busy talking and took off. I realized once I got back from work that I forgot my shipping bins at the center. I called, and the same girl answered. I explained I had accidentally forgotten my containers. The girl told me she thought they were trash and threw them away, she asked me if I wanted them back and I said yes please, my mother would be there to pick them up. I confirmed with the girl on the phone what their hours were, and she told me she would be there until 5:30pm. At 5:20 my mother called from the front door of A+ Shipping center, it was LOCKED. Doors were locked lights were off. They left early knowing that my mother was coming to collect my property. We will never use them again. The employee was rude! read more

the person behide the The counter was too busy on their phone. They put down the wrong address for my package when I gave them the correct address!!! and it got sent back to my house. So I called to to let them know that they got the address wrong and if they could re-ship it for me and they told me I'd have to spend another $12 for their mistake I gave them the right address. They wrote down the wrong one and I have to pay for the mistake I've been coming into this place for years but ever ever since they've got new people behind the counter. It's just been horrible. I will never step foot in here again. And I have been shipping out of here for years. This is really devastating. Please hire people who care about their job. Please if you are the owner of this place reading this please hire new people. read more

Asked to have item shipped. Asked specifically to have them pack it and insure it. Was repeatedly told by manager, yes its fine they will handle it. My belongings haphazardly thrown into box. Everything broken. Asked about insurance whoopsy doopsy store forgot to hit the button and now my belongings destroyed and suddenly they are no longer liable. Calls store "sorry on vacation. Call tomorrow." Calls next day "hi sorry im the owner cant do anything call again tomorrow to talk to the manager." If i could id give negative 5 stars. read more

Read the receipt for items you ship. Clearly states they're not responsible for anything lost. So if you drop off your package and they lose it basically you're out of luck. Legally they cant do that and would be responsible but youd have to take them to court. Not worth my time, I'll go elsewhere read more

Anytime I have a PDF I come here. They will print it out for me at a fair cost. they can meet all of your shipping needs. they are very informative as well. Lots of gifts and cards in the store as well. read more

The shipping side of business in here is great and they do great job, they also have a phone repair in there but the service on the phone repair is not good. I drop my phone for repair and they gave me a X amount and after my phone was repaired that gave me different amount. Not just that they gave me different amount they used different color part on my phone which didn't look good. The guy gave me excuses for the level of service they provided. This was not a good experience in here. Only concern brings up is that looks like this shipping place is giving a little section to this phone repair guy and the phone repair is not giving a good service and sooner or later the phone repair will put negative impact on the good shipping service. I would not recommend anyone to this phone repair. read more

Great place to go for shipping but do not ever come here to fix your phone because the guy did a horrible job to my moms phone and we hand to go back for him to try and get it fix like over 5 times and steal can not fix. read more

Great little shipping center where they do more than shipping and po boxes. They now also do screen repairs on smart phones and I believe cpu repairs also! Talk about a one stop shop. I like the prices because he is very reasonable and they have pretty decent hours. They are located on one of my preferred shopping plazas due to ease of access and parking. So much in this little center it is perfect for errands. read more

Used this establishment on several occasions for shipping inside the U.S., sometimes with exceedingly large items. Always helpful, and they do a great job packing. My scanner recently broke, so today I was searching round for a store that could scan my passport and give me a file of it on my flash drive. After not having any luck with several closer places, I drove to A+ Shipping and they quickly did it for a reasonable price. The nice lady that had managed the store seems to be gone now; however, the new people are super friendly and efficient. I highly recommend checking this place out, as they've many services available. read more

This place is great! I went in there the other day to fax and noticed that this location offers several other services. Its a really convenient place to mail things, ship things, get things notarized, buy office supplies, party rentals, and purchase cute little items they have in the store. I had a great experience with this store and i highly recommend it to the modesto community. They have a young lady who is very friendly who happens to be bilingual.
