Shirley was great! I called her at 7 PM and she told me to come on in. We needed a notorized affidavit for an Italian Visa appointment. Well, I messed up on the only form I had and she brought up the Italian Consulate form online, typed in the information for me, printed it out and had me sign. So quick and easy.
