Wow Chris, looks like someone made a mistake re the tape. You have been a customer for 4 years and I am totally surprised. I find everyone who works there to be very helpful and they are wonderful. I find them very easy to get along with. M&M emails me when I have a package delivered there, which is very helpful. My mental health is totally worth the amount they charge. I absolutely am thrilled that I can have all my packages sent there so I don't have to deal with porch pirates! The little darlings helped themselves two different times. I appreciate that they are more than just a place to get your mail. I love the way the owner brings in all these awesome things that are so fun. They are always very reasonably priced! I used Tracy Mail & More for many years and always supported them. I recommended them to all of my friends and colleagues. I decided to ship a laptop through them which would normally cost 50-75 through FedEx, UPS, etc. Unfortunately, I was charged over $175. I was willing to look the other way on this and support the small local mail business in my area until they decided to start belittling us for taking USPS drop-offs to their location. Whenever we'd drop off packages, we would receive severe attitude and be told that 'they don't get paid for this'. This was extremely inappropriate until the day they decided to charge for dropoffs $1 per package. A dollar per package is absolutely outrageous for something USPS drives to their location to do. All they have to do is use a barcode scanner to scan our already labeled packages. This "rule" took in effect instantly and it felt extremely targeted toward our business. It's tough navigating through this world right now, but this greed and attitude Tracy Mail And More was extremely uncalled for. Being in there makes me extremely uncomfortable and we have never returned back. We now take out packages directly to USPS for free dropoffs which is how it should be. Our praise and word of mouth was not appreciated and it shows through their decisions and business practices. read more

This past Monday night, I ran into a business situation that required more than 7,000 copies to be printed by Thursday morning. I called all the major copy stores & businesses that run copies and not one of them could run that many copies in only 2 days. I accidentally happened upon Mail & More in Tracy and gave them a call. Much to my relief, a cheerful young woman by the name of Serena answered the phone, quoted me a price that was better than most of the other places I called and she promised me that I could pick up the copies Thursday morning at 8am. I trusted her and ran down to drop off my thumb drive and pay a 50% deposit the next morning. I called Serena on Wednesday to follow up on her progress and she told me things were going very well and the copies would be ready as planned. I have to say that I have never experienced such professionalism in a project of this type. Not only were the copies done, but she took the time to use legal paper for some of the spreadsheet copies so they came out nicer AND Serena also labeled everything that was in each box with the proper file names. She wasn't working at the time I went in to pick up the order so I couldn't thank her in person so I told the person who rang up my order about what great service I received and thought I'd put it on yelp as well! If you need copies, I highly recommend you try here first and save yourself the brain damage of calling around or going somewhere else! read more

Who would have known that sending a package off could be so fun! Jolene broke out her sticker collection to add some adornment to my nieces package! She had a variety of stamps, some collectors, for purchase too. She was friendly to everyone that walked in and it felt like a true "small town" experience. I asked them to print documents for me bcus i didnt have color printer. I printed it perfectly fine at home in black and white. I sent them an email to print colored copies. When they printed it had lines on it and the edges were all white. I asked them to fix their settings before printing and they refused. They dont even know how to fix it. Neither did they help in anyway. I want to support local business but they dont have the band with or patience. Id rather pay fe cents more per page and go to UPS where they did help and the pages print perfectly fine without any settings change. read more

The customer service I see is they always make eye contact letting you know that they will help you when there's a line, and make an effort to notice you. This is place have the worst costumer service. The owner is a loud mouth, who just like to hear herself talk. She is a horrible person with crude and vulgar language. Her mother was in the back room and from the front cash register scream at her mother to not come out because "no one want her to see her". She is rude to her employees, customer, and her own mother. At the last minute I had to return my book and I called the store to ask if I can come as they were about to close, the owner- Jolene was on the phone, she was superrr sweet. I have been using Mail & More for more than a few years now. Jolene and Brian, the owners there are superb. Whenever I need a notarized document they're there for me, if you need to ship a package they look for the best rate with UPS or FedEx. Also when I'm expecting a package that requires a signature I'm glad someone is going to be there for me. The staff shares the same enthusiasm and are very attentive to my needs. I also own a personal mailbox with them and their rates are very competitive. For all your packaging and shipping needs I definitely recommend to pay them a visit and see for yourself. So I called this morning because I was on a a short time table to see if the notary would be available between 12 and 1. I was told yes. I arrived at 1208 and asked about a produce that I had bought there previously. The guy waiting on me gave me a look like I was stupid and made no effort to help. Strike one. Then I pulled out the paper for the notary. He said with no apology whatsoever that it would be at least a half an hour. No smile from the attendant, just a stone cold face when she said 'can I help you'. When it comes to mailing out boxed products or gifts, I have been going to Mail and More for a long time. I used to go to them when they were at a different location. I like where they are right now because they are closer to where I live. I really like the new owners because they seem to be family owned. It is nice to see businesses that are family owned, especially when the owner's Mom is working as well. What happened to all the family owned shops?
