Hello my peeps. Yes, I prefer going here than UPS in Manteca near Safeway and Walmart yuck not Very nice customer service reps there. But here at FEDEX in Tracy everyone is very friendly and helpful. Second time I had material shipped there lol I didn't realize how big the box was but they called and once it was delivered and provide there number and address in the message when I arrived there they helped me and even helped load my material in my car. Worst customer service experience ever. Walked in to pick up a print that I ordered online. There was a female employee at the first register on the pack and ship side helping a customer. And two other employees at the next register on the print side looks like one of the employees was training another but none of the workers there were kind enough to acknowledge myself nor another customer that was there. Today's date is November 24, 2025. I walked in about 3 PM and for about six minutes I was not acknowledged whatsoever. I was just standing there. They knew I was there but pretty much made it seem like I was a ghost and I didn't exist in their store until the manager or assistant manager, came out to ask if I had already been helped. If you want copies printed from an original, do not use the self service machines here. The staff does not refill the color ink unless the machine presents the prompt "low ink", even when asked by the customer. Instead the staff believes pages with fading color, or missing color is acceptable and worth the incredibly high print per page cost. All 3 copy machines were printing low quality, skipped lines, missed color patches and the copies I was trying to make. Raj, one of the staff, rudely suggested the half printed pages were acceptable and if I didn't have a digital original, this quality should be expected. Livermore and Stockton locations offer far better customer service. Don't waste your time. read more

They are thieves, I have zero trust in this store, I sent a phone to Samsung for trade-in and the phone was stolen in shipment or Store, Samsung received the empty box, I took the video while packing the phone and Samsung has shared pictures for the box opening definitely any employee has tempered the shipment. it was an expensive phone Fold4 like a new Condition 1000$ value. I have the worst experience with FedEx. they don't mention package weight on a receipt which should be mandatory so we can track where it got stolen store or in shipping.. also employee has asked me what's in the box I shared with her it is a phone, maybe they are connected to who stolen the phone. my advice is better to go with UPS or USPS at least, to steal trusted services. now I have to go will all the hassle log the police complain, blacklist the phone and deal the Samsung for my trade-in cost. read more

The manager David here at FedEx on grant line rd is very rude. FedEx is already a horrible service. I have a problem with almost every shipment I get with FedEx. This time they damaged my order. I got a return shipping label and brought the package the same way it was delivered to me to return it. David was very rude and refused to take the package because it a has a small hole on one corner. I explained to him that FedEx delivered the package like this and I did not open it or anything and just want to return it. They were able to ship it once like this so why can they ship it again? Great customer service! Love that they are open when the other UPS stores and post office in town are closed. I went on a Saturday at 4pm. Upon entering store I was greeted and welcomed right away. It was the store manager, Drew I believe his name was. He suggested the best way to ship my package. Flat rate 3 day shipping. Suggested the best box for my items. Completed my transaction in a fast and timely manner while being professional and friendly. Will definitely be going here again for my shipping needs. I used self- service to made 2 copies that's supposed to cost $.43 cents and using apple pay to pay for it. Went home and looked at the transaction, they had charged me $10 even though I had only made 2 copies for.43. I immediately called my bank, but I had to wait until the transaction had been posted before I could dispute it. What a scam. read more

For me my experience with this store has been nothing but fabulous. I have placed a few orders thru the app and picked up same day with no problems. I was having trouble with the app and one order the clerk saw I had duplicates so they called me to verify that's what I wanted before printing it. They could of taken the money and ran. Every employee has been kind, helpful and patient (as I witness people asking them ridiculous questions). So no complaints from me, people should remember they aren't the ones messing up your package delivery don't get mad at them. read more

Every time I've been at this FedEx location, everyone has been super sweet and helpful. I usually trade fun banters with Clint and he is always kind and funny. I am a Notary, so I will go often to overnight loan docs, and they always provide the right kind of shipping envelope per my request. One time I even had to scan over 160 pages and they were very helpful with explaining how their scanner works and how many each machine can scan at a time. I definitely would recommend going there for your printing and shipping needs. read more

Ruined my Christmas. I will never order anything from any place that uses them as their courier!!! I paid for expedited shipping and it still wasn't here it's been sitting in Tracy for over. Week. Order from places with UPS never a problem they blame it on the pandemic how sad. They sucked way before that they are using the pandemic as an excuse and that's just horrible never again. Worst Shipping experience ever . Takes them 3 days to go from Tracy to Modesto and then cancel because can't find the address even tho if you stepped out the truck and walked 10-15 steps you can find it . Then push it back 3 more days and still can't deliver or pick up the package because at site because now they have to talk to the seller . Good luck with that it's Walmart . Very rude! David is the worst!!! I wish I had the option of giving negative stars. We received a package through fed ex. It was running boards in 1 box and the brackets attached to the side of that box WITH ONLY 1 SHIPPING LABEL!!! Well the item was not the right size for my car. I took it back to fedex with the label the original shipper sent to me. They refused to ship it back! They made us pay an extra $16 to send the smaller box that was originally attached to the long box. I explained to David that the items had 1 tracking number on the boxes, as they were delivered to my house as 1 item. But then I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting for someone to help me ship what was printed, I had already stuffed it into two envelopes and no one seemed to take notice, there were several people behind the counter but no one stepped up. This site is so convenient. I walked in to print some paperwork from my email and I was out the door within 5 minutes. The staff working here are very helpful. I ended up paying $4.53 to print important paperwork that I needed. Although the sign says FedEx Office, it is a Kinkos as well. I will be back when I am in need to print something. read more
