I had the file on a usb drive and it took just a few minutes for him to place the order in the computer and download my file. He was very professional, freindly and helpful. He let me know it would be ready in about an hour (paid for express) and they called me in about 30 minutes to let me know it was done. They treat their delivery drivers like shit, usually threatening them with harder routes or losing their jobs if they don't pack their trucks with freight (usually damaging the freight). I'm surprised no-one in the corporate has noticed how bad this terminal is. Stockton and Sacramento terminals look down on the Manteca terminal yet nothing has been done to fix it. It would be an embarrassment to work there, if you're a hard worker. Again, great place to work if you're lazy and don't like working hard. If I could I would give this place a -10 out of 10
