Five stars. I had a really positive experience at Livermore Live Scan. The gentleman who helped me…read morewas friendly, patient, and professional, and made the whole process easy. I came in with a California Live Scan form that still needed some information completed. Rather than making me feel like I had done something wrong, he simply explained what was needed and helped me get everything taken care of. I especially appreciated that when it came time to enter my Social Security number, he let me enter it directly into the system myself for privacy rather than requiring me to write it on the form. The whole experience was comfortable, efficient, and straightforward. Exactly how a service like this should be handled. I would absolutely come back here if I ever need Live Scan services again. Highly recommended.
