This place does many services including prenuptual agreements :) The staff was attentive, polite, and professional. They took an awkward situation and made it a little more accessible by explaining the process and putting the parties at ease. The inside of the business looks a tad out of disarray, but I can assure they know what they are doing, but I would call first to verify the services you might need as they could be out or at lunch. It is a small business and you can appreciate their hours but again that phone call will make things work better so you don't go there and wait for so and so to return. There was a local dude in their trying to get his package from somewhere and they politely listened to this man's life story while still being respectful. You don't get people willing to listen to BS like a real person anymore and even though it didn't affect me directly it was cool that they were able to be a sounding board for this man who obviously had to share his dilemma. I hope this place continues to function in this manner and provide these important services for the City of Stockton. read more

What can I say, I am a sucker for customer service and Chloe provided excellent customer service and was very personable. I needed Live Scan fingerprints and a mail box and stumbled across this this place while searching Google and yelp. Seemed like a no brainer to go here once I read the glowing reviews on yelp. I called around 1000 am to inquire about Live Scan services and Chloe confirmed they provide the service and that no appt. was necessary. Hopped in my car and was on my way. I always have issues with getting fingerprinted but Chloe kept trying until she got what she needed. As for the mail box, it was more expensive than what was quoted at the U.S. post office; however I had enjoyed my interaction thus far and needed a mail box so I went ahead and purchased a mail box for 6 months. From start to finish, this was a great experience and it was nice to interact with Chloe who made me feel like I had been a customer forever. read more

Fast and great customer service. Curtis was very friendly and helpful and actually one of the best experiences I have had with someone doing my livescan fingerprinting. He was really patient with me and the scanner when the fingerprint wasn't coming out right. She would try multiple times and picked the best ones instead of constantly scanning till the computer accepts it. I appreciated how fast it was and how knowledgeable he was. He knew where and what I was doing it for AND noticed I was in healthcare because he knew from my fingerprints that I wore lots of gloves. I am thoroughly impressed. Thanks dude. read more

This postal center has great customer service. I shipped shirts out from here to be personalized and the person accidentally sent them back here. I thought I would not be able to get them back I time for the event. Once I found out about this mix-up I called and they held them for me so I could go pick them up from them. I get my meal service deliveries here. I called to see if it had arrived and he offered to call me when it came in, saving me an extra trip to town. I was in need of a Christmas miracle for a project I was working on, and without ever setting foot inside the store, Liz at Postal Service Plus became my Christmas Angel. I had a very unusual request, one that goes above and beyond the normal shipping requests for a company like this. I needed an item picked up from one location, boxed up and shipped to me in Los Angeles. I called numerous numbers in the Stockton area looking to see who might be able to help me with this "extra mile" request. Liz was really busy when I called her business, but she was so kind, and promised to call me back. When we talked again she listened to my needs and by the grace of God she said she would help me. I could barely believe a nice lady who doesn't know me from Adam would help me out, and boy did she! She was resourceful and got the package picked up, boxed up for me, and shipped at a VERY reasonable cost all with tracking, email updates, etc. When i opened the box it was clear she had put a lot of love and thoughtfulness into packing it for me. All my items were in perfect condition and she absolutely saved the day. Throughout the entire experience Liz was warm and helpful. I could tell that she loves what she does and truly wants to help get the job done right. In my book that is really a lost art these days, in a world where everyone is too busy or out for themselves. Not Liz. I have no idea when I'll be in Stockton next, but when I am, I will go in and thank Liz personally for the excellent job she did. He was always so very very helpful and had a lot of good advice for me about the most efficient shipping methods and is always friendly and professional that when he moved to work at the Postal Center, I changed the postal office too and started to use his postal services at Postal Center. Because of the owner`s great managing skills, his will to go out of his way to be helpful and years long experiences in his profession, the Postal Center is for me the best postal office in Stockton. So very excited Curtis (formerly from postal plus on hammer lane) purchased this. He was the glue that held the other one together and after he left in December it fell apart. It took taking a fed ex package in the postal center to learn he purchased it. I got a mail box immediately and now have back his super customer service and excellent work ethics.
