Mike and Naveen were able to get me an appointment within a few days of filling out my application. Naveen told me that if I didn't receive my passport by two weeks before scheduled to leave, to call him. That didn't end up being necessary. I opted for the expedited service and received my passport in 4 1/2 weeks. Very pleased with the experience! read more

Super quick, easy, and to the point as far as notary services go. I messaged them to see if I could come in without an appointment & they said yes - arrive anytime before closing. On my visit there was no one else in the office, so I got my form notarized within 5 minutes. The notary was friendly and efficient, and service was affordable ($15 to get my document notarized). It's located in a little strip of stores with a few parking spots out front, which made the visit really easy. Hot tip: check in on yelp to save $2 on notary services! read more

Naveen completely wasted my time in the Midwest of me trying settle my deceased mother's estate. He agree to meet via phone with my overseas lawyers, didn't response to emails for several days, then just decide he wasn't interested after washing a bunch of time. This is not professional at all IMO. When dealing with such a delicate matter we needed someone who follows through and keeps their word. read more

Sac notary was quick to respond and made sure to keep me updated about everything. They even texted me to make sure he got his passport. 10/10 experience. Best customer service. Initially requested a quote from several businesses for a notary service. Sac Notary was the first response and only quoted $15, didn't need the additional $15 mobile fee. Very professional, very fast! Polite, friendly. The area isn't the best, there are a few homeless people that like to hang around the business but he was wonderful enough to make sure I made it safely to my car and asked anyone hanging around outside to leave. Would highly recommend and will continue to go here for any other notary needs. read more
