I have to be honest there was a little frustration as I was told the day before that Saturday around 1pm specifically would be one of the least busiest times to come and when I came the store was packed, with only one worker working. I was a little nervous when I left because I didn't see them pack my items. The items arrived well packed, a day ahead of schedule with no damage. I have had a box at this site for over 20 years and have always paid a year in advance. The last year of my life has been hell and I haven't been in the store weekly or monthly to pick up my mail. Instead of calling a 20 year plus customer who has always paid in advance, they closed my box and sent all my mail back without one single phone call as a courtesy so I could come in and take care of the bill. I am a general manager of 36 companies here in Lodi and I am extremely disappointed on how this was handled by management and ownership. The box was still available and I went ahead and paid a full year in advance to give me time to change my address and once that is done I will close my box forever. read more

The young lady who "helped" me today was on a facetime call with a friend, which she did not end while talking to me, gave me a price 100% more expensive than the USPS rates and had zero interest in aiding me in finding a reasonable shipping carrier, which is why I went to a shipping center to begin with. What happened was I brought the Seattle Seahawk Wreath in and Jennifer noticed it wasn't all glued good so SHE said I will fix it for you I did not ask her to. I said then please send me a picture of it she said ok. She never did. She said her phone doesn't take good pictures. Well I have seen tons of pictures she has taken with her phone and posted with no problem. Then she said she glued it. Well when the wreath got to my sons house I had them send me a picture and it was not re-glued and when I left it there there were 4 footballs on it when it arrived there were only two! I was in there to send a package to my husband who happens to be in prison and it really is NOBODIES business, but the two women that were in there started whispering and gossiping. It was the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard. I have been doing this for about 2 months and I have never received that type of treatment from any other place I have mailed a package from. If you are sending anything of a sensitive nature to anywhere these people will have something to say. The only reason I went there is because the US post office here in Lodi is not open on Saturday. I would rather drive all the way to Stockton on a Saturday and mail something then to go back to this store. They are expensive a blank card is over $3.00 on top of the unprofessionalism. I went here to send back a $37 purchase because they had sent me the wrong size. It costed me approximately $12 to send the package. So basically im only getting a $25 refund. I'll go to the U.S. post office next time & spend $5 for a flat rate shipping box or bag. In my opinion this place is overpriced, although the customer service was not bad. read more

Using FedEx's Website, I was charged twice the price using actual OR dimensional weight for the Same, Exact, Service. In hindsight I guess that is why she was Quoting Prices, BEFORE she even weighed or measured either box. 8/22/17 @ 5:23pm Contacted company, talked to Jennifer, who took my name and phone number, said she would contact my Cashier, she was eager to resolve the problem. Pack and ship normally good service but today as other days it is more important for them to ensure the customers on the phone get their inquiries satisfied before the customers actually standing in the store ready to pay for actual services. Third week of December 2030 i dropped off items i wanted copied, they required being glued at one end which they said they would have to send it out, they didnt do that in house. Because of the holiday they guessed it would take 7-10 business days. Jennifer never call 2 weeks later and said because they couldnt get them done in the time promised they fidnt send them and she was sure she called me and said so but this was her first day back since her mom has stage 4 cancer. I said fine ill wait i need the copies please call me when they are in. I call after Martin Luther's Day and dhe tells me because of the holiday it will be a few more days, i just got back today my mom has stage 4 cancer. Ok ill call in 2 week. February 4 i still haven't received a call and stop by and Jennifer is not there and i asked the clerk where are my copies? She brings them to me in an envelope and says they have not been copied however we do this in house and i can make your copies right now while you wait. I told her i've already waited 6 weeks, i just want my copies back, im tired of excuses, i lost my mother on Christmas eve but i still have a business to run. read more

I have been going to Lodi Pack and Ship for over 10 years. The owner David is wonderful and his wife Jean and employee Lindsey are great as well. I never go to the post office as it always takes about 5 times the wait. I have been able to make copies, fax, get things notarized, and send letters and packages with no problems whatsoever. If people are unsatisfied with the customer service I am willing to get they are high maintenance or just impossible to deal with because this place is exceptionally knowledgable, efficient, and helpful. A few times they have even urged me to go to the post office to send items if they think it would save me money. I call that good service. Highly recommend. read more

The owner David Derius is rude, one young women who works there is a bimbo real customer no service, I needed help in sending 3 boxes back the total weight was 112#, the sender gave me his UPS account number as he had agreed to pay the shipping back, the bimbo, gave me a form could not be bothered to help in filling it out, and I found out today that the sender was charged 4x the amount as she used a next day air form, when I contacted the owner he said, we are not your mommy or daddy, to bad you did not know what you were doing, I explained I showed the bimbo the shipping bill and wanted to send it back the same way it was sent to me, when I asked why the form was red the bimbo said that's how the return form looks, the bimbo then made my handicap husband lift the items on the scale and carry the items behind the counter, to the UPS p/u area, Next stop is bbb, and hope this place is out of business very soon as they are crooks and worthless. read more

these places is the worst i went in to get a package taped up they charged me 50cent of one strip of clear tape and argues with me tell me they don't give tape away for free. the previous owners would have taped the box up so good and make sure you were happy these buisness now sucks i travel from stockton here because the other owners were so nice these people need a class in customer service there are lots of other places to mail out a package and i will be sure to go else where and to tell my friends in stockton and lodi about these place terrible experience for first thing in the morning wake up and treat people with respect. plus they charged a man in front of me 12.00 for a card board box nerve you may be over charging people but you will not have a business for long horrible just horrible girl you were so rude i am calling the owners on you take classes you will be a better person read more
