Recently visited the store to print out a document was told that I would have to email it and they charge four dollars to email and then $.49 per page $.49 per page was fine but four dollars to send an email to print. My document is outrageous. I do not recommend visiting the store. read more

If you are using this location for Amazon returns or drop off of your prepaid packages, then this is the place for you. You can easily use the Amazon return kiosk that they have set up for drop off convenience, you're in and out. If you have a prepaid package drop off, you can also just leave on the back counter unless you wanted a return receipt, then that you do have to wait in line for.. Went to this UPS store. I had an Amazon package to return. I was in a hurry and didn't print the label. The store wanted to charge me $4.00 for the email plus the printing of the label. It's not a big deal with the price. It's how much its how much this store has changed ever since it changed ownership. Rude customer service. For a family run business they don't care about the customer service. One of the employees had a durag on. This is the kind of employee they have running the store. This place is locally owned and operated but don't treat customers well. Been here twice to send out some packages. Both times I've been here were 2 different employees and both times they've all been rude. CHRISTIAN COULD IMPROVE, BY BEING RETRAINED! I don't wanna be that girl.. man I don't even wanna write this review, but the embarrassment I felt walking out this store and the audacity Christian had to accuse me of not having all the items I was returning in a bag because "he couldn't believe I could fit 5 shirts in 1 Amazon bag." Completely uncalled for and disgusting behavior. I loved this location because it's conveniently located near a lot of stores I frequent. Makes handling returns/mailing needs during my lunch break easy. I've never had any issues. I actually prefer this location compared to the other 2 UPS locations in Stockton off of March Lane & Pacific Ave. Not for service, but because my packages get to their destination quicker from this location compared to the other two. I figure, because they are located right off of the 5 freeway, so UPS gets to them sooner? Not sure, I just like that hassle free returns, location, speed of service. That was up until last week, when I came in on my lunch break to do a few Amazon returns, 6 I believe. I decided to reuse the Amazon plastic bags, no reason, just saves space in my garbage and reduce, reuse, recycle. Not to mention the bags literally have a reusable seal on them, so why not use them? Saves me time packing the items up in store! I didn't think anything of it. Well, apparently not to CHRISTIAN. Now I usually do my own returns at the self service station, but I had a box that I needed tape for, and yes I know Christian, I must pay $2 for you guys to use 1 strip of tape, NOT A PROBLEM!! My problem was when I was doing my returns and showing him the codes, he's scanning and asks me "everything you're returning is in these bags, correct?" I said "Yes of course, I just decided to save myself the time and garbage and just reuse the same packaging the items arrived in." That wasn't the problem, If someone was returning something, I'd ask to confirm the same thing. So, one of my packages was 1 single return of 5 shirts.. 5 woman's size Large shirts. That were all from the same company, just different designs! I assumed Large would fit me.. I guess my weight loss decided other wise. The shirts were slightly too big.. so I returned them. He has the audacity to say "Are you sure 5 shirts are this bag?" I replied "Yes, of course." he then says, "WOW doesn't seem to me like there are 5 shirts in this bag, that doesn't seem true, but I guess I have to trust that you're returning all 5 shirts" EXCUSE ME? I was so caught off guard by the comment, that I had to look at him like did you really just say that? While there's 4-5people in line behind me. You're gonna accuse me of not returning everything I have a bag and label for? I then stated, "Since you clearly don't believe me, we can open the bag so YOU can see with your own eyes that there are 5 shirts in this bag and then you can take the time to repackage it." He just says "No, as long as you say there are 5 shirts in there." With a smirk on his face. Yet prior to him helping me. He helped a lady in front of me fit hella Christmas gifts in a small ass box. Stating is she took some items out of the gift bags that they'd fit in the box, etc. Like making items fit in a box to ship out, is kinda your job, right? You should know that 5 shirts fit in the bag I packed them in. For him to assume I wasn't returning all my items, was an embarrassment. As I walked out I could feel eyes on me.. I was completely embarrassed because I know that I returned everything and I just packed it perfectly. The assumption he made was careless and completely uncalled for. What kinda service is this UPS? I live in Brookside and was in the area so I decided to come to this location to make a simple Amazon return for a hat. I brought the hat in the box it was delivered in. The only thing it was missing, was one strip of tape to close the box. The only reason why I didn't close the box was in case they needed to see inside. This guy (who is on the picture) told me he's going to charge me $8.00 for one strip of tape to close the top of the box. I asked him why so much for one piece of tape he said it's the time and effort. He is extremely rude and dishonest. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I love visiting this UPS Store location on Trinity Parkway in Stockton. I've been coming here for many years as a consistent customer. I usually stop by UPS to take care of my shipping needs for work. I occasionally utilize the public computer to print out personal documents as well. The price point for these services is affordable. Came here on March 2, 2025, got there at 10:30am around the time they opened. Slowest worker omg you guys just opened have some energy, great your customers and learn how to multitask. Guy was with a customer for 10 mins, I finally asked if he was the only worker here he said yes at this time, meaning the morning shift I guess.. I asked how much longer he said 6 more minutes.. mind you 3 people in line waiting. Didn't even say hello I'll be right with you or anything. I brought it upon myself to use the scan machine which prefer not to use personally but I wasn't going to wait a minute longer.. I lucked out to find a UPS store since I needed to mail something and was working nearby. Friendly service and I was able to mail a package in a reasonable amount of time without breaking the bank and they have a USPS mailbox so I was able to mail a card and save time. We dropped off numerous packages, already labeled. All packages except one arrived at destination. We visited UPS hub in Lathrop and Broadway center and they indicated that it looked like the package had never left the UPS store (Trinity center). We went in with a picture of the box and asked them to look for it as there are MANY boxes piled around. They would not and told us to check the computer-which we already know indicated the package was lost. Very unhelpful and now we're out a $2000 product! I don't want to believe this is anything but terrible customer service! I walked into the UPS Store location on Trinity Pwy. I purchased a shipping box, $14. The salesperson asked if I had any discounts. I replied, "what discounts are available?". "I replied, well, I'm an eBay seller, veteran, senior, AAA." As he was noting my transaction on his computer/register. He said, let's see if there's any discount available. My credit card was already in his CC machine. So the sales person was finalizing my transaction. He responded, "oh yea, there's a 20% discount for veterans and AAA affiliations". Great, I would like to get the AAA or veterans discount. He rest, "I just finalized your transaction and your receipt printed". "I can't give you the discount". His manager was standing directly next to him. I said, "I would like to return/refund my purchase". He said, "No refund". I politely asked him again. "I can't," he glanced over his shoulder to the owner/manager(female) for some response. She heard and was aware of entire transaction. No acknowledgment at all. I said, "I just purchased this, 30 seconds ago". He emphatically responded, no I can't. No apology, no I'm sorry, No. Ok, I took my purchase, and left. Unbelievable service standard and more unbelievable management. She could of at least assisted the sales staffer with support or emphasis on why, I could not get a refund of $1.40 cents! The only reason I gave one star is Brandon, the sales staffer. Was polite with his replies and not at all rude. I hope the franchisor, takes note of reviews. I do understand, the stores are owned and operated independently. The UPS store in Lincoln Center will give you a refund, as long as you have your receipt. It's hard for me to believe, a owner/manager would not attempt to protect future business and loyalty for her customers. I guess the 5 or more people that I mention this too. Been coming to this location for years and have never had an issue. There has been a change in ownership and the new owners are an absolute pleasure and extremely nice. Went to make an ups return and had shipping label on my iPhone and they wanted to charge me $5 to email then print out. It says ups store in front so I went home to print out and I will return to talk to manager so they can change the name of the store to say ups maybe. I have also needed a piece of tape for my box and the worker said who's going to pay for this. Well I guess me doing service with the store is not good enough for a piece of tape. My third problem with shop was when I returned a bat and I bought a box and they only gave me one option for shipping and it was the most expensive. The amazon return process has been streamlined to make things easier but the workers don't apprear to get their part of the process done in a timely manner. Upon arrival there was a line. I was returning a few things to Amazon. I regularly go to another UPS . I was in the area so decided to go to this UPS. Very slow customer service. I decided to use the self service return machine. I got the printed tickets and got back in line so that I could hand the packages and labels to the person working there as I do at the other location. When I got to the counter the person working there , walked away and started talking in a different language to what looked like to be the owner. It seemed that they were upset with the customer that they were assisting previously that took a lot of their time and caused a line. I waited for them to finish their conversation. The worker came back to me and I handed her my first item with the label. She told me that I needed to package it. That is not what my Amazon return says. She did this with all three of my items. I was shocked. She then started getting bags for me to put my items in and could not find correct size bags. I was finally done and couldn't wait to get out of there. This took a lot of my valuable time. I will never go there again. Horrible experience and customer service. read more

Been 'overall' happy customer for 3 years. Newer owner Narinder, and new staff, including two new guys are always great, helpful, & courteous. So why 1-star? EVERYTHING mentioned of employee Christian is true. His constant sarcastic attitude & rudeness outweighs all the effort of rest of crew. And he's been there the longest. If there were another service close they'd be out of biz. He needs to either find a job he wants to do or something he's good at. My employer gave me a label and said with that label UPS should provide me with a box. So I entered and as happy as can be. Christian was the only one in there and already had the worst attitude. A poor older lady before me needed help finding their central hub but he huffed and puffed because she asked him to write the address down. He told her to Google it!! Imagine if that was your grandma who isn't tech savvy? Then My turn..he didn't bother checking my employer's label or account to determine if the box can be billed to them.
