I placed my order the day before and specifically asked if the balloons could be ready at a certain time because I was on a time crunch. I was told yes. So why agree to a pickup time if you're not going to have the order ready? Apparently, there is a serious lack of communication between employees at this store. What really irritated me was the employee working today telling me that they "don't normally do much when they first open in the morning." I'm sorry, but that's incredibly unprofessional and not really an excuse--especially when there were plenty of employees standing around. If a customer places an order ahead of time and your store commits to having it ready at a specific time, someone should make sure it gets done. I understand being busy. I understand things coming up. But this wasn't a last-minute order. It was ordered the day before, the pickup time was discussed and agreed upon, and I planned around that time. If you can't guarantee a pickup time, then don't tell the customer that you can. The lack of communication and the dismissive response made an already frustrating situation even worse. Very disappointing, especially because I've normally had good experiences at this location.

I shipped a package from this location that was returned after three failed delivery attempts. Yesterday I got a call saying it had been returned and was ready for pickup, and I confirmed it was at the Reynolds Ranch store. When I arrived today, the store was empty and the employee at the counter was on what seemed to be a personal phone call. When she finished, she greeted me with "What do you need?" I explained the situation and handed her my driver's license. As she searched the back wall, I pointed out a box on the top right shelf that I believed was mine. She immediately said it wasn't, so I mentioned that if not, it would be in an identical box. She then asked who had called me, and I hadn't noted the name. I stepped aside so she could help another customer, and a coworker called out from the back that no one from this store had called me because she'd been there yesterday. It felt like I was being accused of making it up. I ended up finding the tracking number myself, and once she looked it up, the package was the exact box I had pointed to at the start. Mistakes happen, but the dismissive attitude and being doubted in front of other customers made this a frustrating experience. I hope this was a one-off, because this store has always been reliable for me until today.

Recently my significant other took a device to this postal center to ship it back to the…read moremanufacturer for me, but he didn't see the part in the shipping instructions where the device's box needed to be shipped in another box for added protection. When I realized this on my lunch break, I called the center and I believe Mr. Bhanot helped me - calmly and patiently followed the new instructions, talking me through finding a box, padding the original box, and removing and replacing the return label. While doing this I could hear him greeting everyone who entered and helping them so they were not waiting. He made paying the additional cost over the phone easy and emailed me a picture of the receipt. The device was received without issue. I know it was a pain to have to look for my package and redo everything to prepare it for shipping but Mr. Bhanot did not make me feel this way and thanked me for my business. Good customer service is rare these days. Thank you so much!

After trying to fill out my envelope, she was mad because she had told me I didn't need to fill it out, then took away the pen and tossed it on the desk. Then I proceeded to tell her it wasn't necessary for her to do that. She didn't care, she just said - "you can go to USPS" That's when I walked out and won't be ever going there again. Save yourself time and avoid this place that has terrible customer service.
