15 cent copies. My sister from Phoenix wanted some Legal Documents copied before going to a Notary. The only good Copy place I could think of was On-Line Printing & Graphics on Lodi Avenue. That's the only reason I have gone to use OLP&G in Lodi the last few years or so. I've never had any Business Cards, Flyers, or Newsletters... just plain Copies of Documents. They're very reasonable, IMHO. You can get copies cheaper at Long's Drugs ( http://www.yelp.com/biz/longs-drugs-lodi ) on Lodi Ave for $0.10 a copy... but their copier must be forty years old, plus or minus a decade or so. And their glass is as dirty as heck, and more than likely, most of the copies come out out-of-focus. You can also get copies more expensively at The UPS Store ( http://www.yelp.com/biz/the-ups-store-lodi#hrid:e_mI_Wqe82cpl6-BzWIBKA ) for $0.35... but who'd want to spend that much? My sister had need of White-Out... the proprietor brought out some; need some Paper Clips... have some! I asked the proprietor if his company was really online as the name of his company suggests. He replied that so many people asked that question that he HAD to go online... his informational website... ( www.olprints.com ). You really can't do anything there... but at least he's online! On-Line Printing is located on the North side of Lodi Avenue across from the strip mall where Fiori's Butcher Shoppe is located. You can either park in that strip mall or at On-Line Printing's smallish private lot located at the West side of the building. There's a bonus here at OLP&G while you're waiting... a jar full of small Snicker's Bars, M&M's and other assorted Chocolates. I mentioned to the proprietor that I'd make my visits more frequent if he's stock up on See's. Just a suggestion. Next stop... a Notary...

I had a banner made. It was perfect. They also quickly responded to my questions through email.

The tint itself came out great, but my cup holder was damaged during the visit and nobody mentioned it to me. I had to bring it up myself. That was the bigger issue for me at the time. If something happens to a customer's car, they should be told immediately instead of hoping it goes unnoticed. A few days later, I came back to go slightly lighter with 70% tint. I was quoted $200 as a discounted retint because of the cup holder situation. I do not understand how paying $200 after already paying $240 is supposed to feel like a meaningful discount, especially when the damage was not acknowledged up front. The 70% tint looked fine at first, but once the sun hit the windshield, I noticed a crease in the film. I returned right away. The installer came out, looked at it, and confirmed the crease. He then went to speak with the front desk staff. I was told it was minor and that tint is installed by humans, so it will not be perfect. I understand people are human and mistakes happen. That is not the point. The point is that I paid premium money for a clean install and a lifetime warranty. If a visible concern is confirmed but dismissed because it is "hardly noticeable," what is the actual point of the warranty? It feels like the shop is more focused on avoiding the cost of redoing work than making sure the customer leaves satisfied. The crease may be minor to someone who does not drive my car every day, but it is still something I see in sunlight on a brand new windshield tint job. I did not expect perfection from a machine. I expected accountability, communication, and a business willing to stand behind its work. Inspect your vehicle carefully before leaving, especially the interior, and ask exactly what their warranty covers before paying.
