The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often.

Let me start by first saying this family run business has always treated us exceptionally well. They have all always gone above and beyond. Their work is AMAZING. Steve has gotten my son who never smiles to actually SMILE in his Senior photos he took. Mind you the original studio through the school he attended photos were HORRIBLE!! On very short notice Steve met us at his studio and did re-takes for us at a very reasonable price. Infact CHEAPER than studio we were told to use through the school. I have used the digital images, as well as prints, purchased for so many different gifts. We have used them for blankets , invitations, ornaments, and on actual footballs!! The Santa Experience is like no other. The set is like something out of a movie. You are greeted in their lobby with coffee or hot cocoa, Christmas music playing as well as on the big screen TV. You enter through HUGE WOODEN DOORS and feel like you've entered THE NORTH POLE. There are different packages and activities for all people and price points. The kids can have Santa read a story, decorate a tree, cookies and milk, or play a game. The list is crazy. The kids names will be on the Nice / Naughty list. Wait until you see this Santa. He is so kind and AUTHENTIC!! It was and is AN EXPERIENCE that I suggest every family should try at least once. I would refer Lasting Memories Photography to anyone looking for professional photos with an extra touch!!

I was told I'd need to pay $250 for both of my kids' albums, which only included 10 photos each, or $400 total for the 9 images I actually liked. On top of that, if I didn't want to buy digital copies, I could "just order prints." Honestly, who buys prints in 2025? Only four photos per child were actually individual shots -- the rest were random "buddy" pictures I never asked for. The quality was subpar at best, and the pricing structure felt exploitative. What makes this even more frustrating is that on his public Facebook page, he constantly brags about how much money he makes and how "great" of a photographer he is. The arrogance doesn't match the output -- the work is nowhere near professional quality. As someone who uses professional photographers at least seven times a year, I can say confidently this was one of the worst and most overpriced experiences I've had. I would never choose this photographer again and hope future teams work with someone who actually values quality and customer experience over ego.
