I went in today and a woman touched the hat, said it had been worn and they didn't embroider on hats that had been worn. I told her it had only been worn twice. She acted like the hat was some road kill pushing it away from her. I grabbed it and put it back in the ziplock bag I had it in. I left telling her that if she was going to treat me like that, I didn't think I was going to come back to them for anything. I had just come from an incredible meeting at the Board of Supervisors chamber where veterans were being honored, not being treated like something you scrape off the bottom of your shoe. It was like night and day in the space of maybe 15 min.

For this order, I couldn't find a specific Frog and Toad design that I had in mind so I used Claude ai to help with the picture I wanted, and then sent it to JoLin for a mockup design on the shirt I chose. She even offered to meet me halfway to pick up since the shop is not local to me. I think she went above and beyond for my order and I appreciate it. Big Frog said they could and I drove an hour there, had great customer service from Asia! This review reflects the OWNER. I had prepaid $111, ate at a place Asia recommended nearby to wait the hour and a half, I was tracking 1:30pm. When I returned a male employee was nice and kindly checked on my order. Then the owner approached me repeatedly saying Asia went to lunch but she said the shirts should be ready by 2pm and told me he could refund me because he wanted me to be happy. I told him, "It's ok I'll wait I don't see chairs so I'll just wait here." He kept repeating Asia said 2pm. He then said he had to go warm up the machine and print the shirts to which I smiled and said, "Oh you have to print it? It's almost 2pm don't you want to get started?" His demeanor changed and I asked him why he looked mad I was joking." He yelled at me he's going to refund me my money, accused me repeatedly of disrespecting him, yelling at me, "I'M NOT YOUR SLAVE!", "YOU'RE TRYING TO TELL GO DO MY JOB." I NEVER SAID THIS! I was blown away at how he shifted the blame on to his employee and then on to me! When I told him to go ahead and refund my money, he claimed I spent 15 minutes with his designer. I did not I created my kids design! He refused to delete my kids design on the computer, turned his back on me and ignored my inquiries. I gave him the same energy he gave me! I come from a culture built on respect, and served my country with respect!! He charged towards me aggressively twice and got in my personal space. I was fully prepared to defend myself and refused to leave without proof of refund, when he yelled at me to GET OUT! As a female Army War Veteran this was unacceptable! 1) He could have been HONEST and tell me he didn't want me waiting in his store ‍ 2) He could have been HONEST and tell me he wasn't going to get my THREE shirts done on time. Instead shifted blame on to his employee and me. 3) He could have easily told me he can't fill my order and refund my money. 4) His employee being in there with us and continuing to sort shirts not saying anything to him or even looking our way SPOKE VOLUMES!!!!! Ultimately opted for this service over places like Staples and UPS because (1) I wanted to support local and (2) saw great reviews online. They have locations in Stockton and Lodi. I didn't do foam board backing services and mounted my poster myself; the ink they used to print as well as the resolution they were able to get on the poster was significantly better than anything you could get at the retail companies above.
