Erick was AMAZING. Came to get my passport renewed. I've been trying to do it online but with issues. Brought my own pictures and form filled out. They take appts and pictures here. As I was finishing my forms, another couple came in complaining about an appt they had at West Lane and the lady not being there. He helped them as well! Super friendly, fast and nice. US Post Office - Nobody ever showed back up - Post Offices Near Me - Victor, California

I went to this location for a passport renewal and paid extra to get the service expedited. A few weeks later, I get a letter in the mail from the Department of State saying that my identification has not been properly documented, which was simply a photocopy of the front and back of my Driver's License. How do you mess that up? So I come back to the location to see if they can fix the issue and was greeted by none other than the woman (Caucasian with short, blonde hair, and glasses) who "processed" my application. Not only did she come off as rude, condescending, and pretentious, but she could not help me send a photocopy of my ID even though she was able to process and submit my application to the SAME PLACE. As I'm looking at the copy machine that was used to photocopy my ID initially, I'm thinking to myself "So you can't just make another copy and send the letter?" You're a postal store for God's sake. Nor was I able to get a refund for the "expedited" service. Please, AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. The customer service is horrid and that employee is inept at doing her job. Believe me..... after visiting several post offices - including Stockton's for Passport Services, this little location puts them to shame. I called before hand expecting another rude response, except I am pleasantly greeted by a knowledgeable woman able to see to help me. I quickly rushed over, and only had to wait a few mins while other customers quickly came and went. The lady with short hair and glasses, was quick and concise (straight to the point) - I was shocked, + she was nice to me, I also accidentally forgot to photocopy my personal docs, and as busy as she was - She made sure I left taken care off and with my Passport Application set and sent and copy! I came here to apply for my passport. It was a great experience for me. It took only about 5 minutes. Before coming, I filled out my application and made copies of the required documents as well as my pic. The lady was very friendly and quick doing her job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I went in to renew my passport and the lady at the front (short hair with glasses) was so rude to me since I walked in. I accidentally misspelled the street I live in and she was very mad and raising her voice at me about it. I told her I was sorry and that I could come in another day if she wanted me to, and she kept telling me how because of my mistake I had people waiting behind me. She was SOOOO rude, they have HORRIBLE DISGUSTING customer service. Also very racist towards Latinos. I left very upset. read more
