She told me that I was supposed to have my return items in order and my return skew wasn't sufficient for all the items I was returning to the same online store. She scanned the code from my phone and only allowed me to return the only item she could identify. I asked if I could come back at a different time and she said "We're always busy," so it wouldn't make a difference.
