Gerardo and Nic deserve all the praise in the world! I came to the store close to closing time and was worried that the workers might be upset with me for coming so late to do several returns. These two reassured me that it was completely okay, which allowed me to take a deep breath and slow down. I was able to complete a whole bunch of returns without any stress, all thanks to their calm demeanor and patience. Thank you both once again! I truly appreciate your kindness and excellent customer service! read more

We've been here a few times & have appreciated helpful service with getting questions clearly answered & having procedures explained regarding shipping back returns. The store is spacious, clean, & organized. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Antelope, California

Shoes we purchased online, proved to be the wrong size and we had to send it back via UPS per their instructions. I wrapped the shoe box up very carefully with, I thought was an approved method using heavy duty postal paper and clear postal tape . . I got to this UPS store and was told it had to be a box inside of a box. For a nominal fee, they would sell me a box. I said no, I went home and put the shoebox in the only box I had which was 10 times bigger than the shoe box and they took it. And you wonder why UPS is laying off 20,000 people. read more

Gerardo is a good choice for a customer service rep. He provides good service and recommendations.

I'm super happy that I discovered that Antelope had recently opened up this UPS store that's close to my house! I usually have had to drive 15 minutes away to the Greenback and San Juan location, and swore I'd never go to that location ever again, only due to the crazy small and hard to navigate parking lot that is a challenge every time I went! This Antelope location is located in a strip mall and parking is a total breeze! The employees I've encountered each time have been very helpful and professional and I always leave here very satisfied with their service! The shop is super neat and clean and they have a nice area where you can print documents or copy them, and it's very cozy and clean inside. They also have a nice selection of shipping supplies for sale. My biggest appreciation is the fact they partner with Amazon at processing returns, and made my first return a completely easy and less stressful experience than I expected! It was almost too easy and the young man who assisted me was super positive and helpful!! I will return here for any of my shipping and return needs in the future and welcome to the neighborhood! Great service like this is platinum! read more

Not friendly or helpful. False information printed out on invoice and they won't honor refund. Purchased overnight service....... 2 days later I still have not received my package. Unacceptable customer service. Quality of customer care is zero. read more

This is the best UPS store in the area they are always fast, friendly, and super efficient.

We had to mail several packages and get some items notarized and they offer both services. We were greeted when we walked in and only had to wait a couple of minutes for assistance. The notary had everything ready and told us the amount for the notary as well as what was needed to complete the forms. For the packages we told them what we needed and they told us the cost and told us when UPS picks up. Quick service and staff were friendly. read more

Edit; manager called me and said they could refund 3 months. I will update if that actually happens. Apparently they were unaware that the county doesn't accept ups mail box addresses, so this is news to them. Seems like something they should be aware of, so when I told the cashier WHY I was buying it they could have warned me. Not ideal, but it's a little grace so I will remove my 1 star rating. -------- I went to buy a mailbox yesterday for 6 months to use as I started a business. AT NO TIME did the cashier tell me it's non refundable. Today the county told me they don't accept mailboxes for a business address. So I go back to cancel and at least get at least some of the cost back Nope. They flat out refuse even a penny. No warning, no grace period. What a horrendous business, they would let a perfectly fine mailbox sit there unused than give up the $212 dollars they took with zero warning read more

Omg. Arron was the best. He had about 10 plus people in line and he didn't get frustrated at all. Worked super hard and greeted all customers as the walked in. Great worker read more

I went into the NEW UPS Store in Antelope located next to Winco. The owner was friendly and very helpful. I went in to print some items and see if they do Live Scan fingerprinting. They will be doing Live Scan in the next month or so, they are waiting for the equipment. It was easy to email the PDF files I needed printed and she was so kind and didn't even charge me for the 3 pages I needed printed. They have mail boxes and and copy machines. If you need anything shipped check them out. read more

Return an item to Amazon. The young man helped me with the Amazon return procedure on my phone, printed a label, gave me a receipt, answered a phone call, solving that problem, acknowledged another customer who came in, all at the same time. He had a pleasant demeanor and was so efficient, I was out of there in six minutes! This will definitely be my UPS store, especially since it's right next to WinCo where I shop. read more

I recently stopped at this UPS store as I was in the neighborhood and had a SHEIN return that I had to return, but I had thrown away the shipping bag so I brought my stuff here as I am able to return the SHEIN merchandise, with just a QR code but because I needed a packing bag to ship it back in they quoted me a total of 7.99 for the bag which is extremely overpriced considering I normally go to the Carmichael box shop and pay between one and three dollars for the same size bag when I need to return something somewhere I can't believe They charge that much just to ship a simple order back although the staff was very friendly packing supplies are very overcharged. read more

I went in to drop off an Amazon return and even though it said return to Staples because the one in McClellan was closed, they still could've taken it. Returns are returns. I accidentally hit the Staples button, and when I went in they refused to take it. Very RUDE and really didn't know what she was doing!! I'll never return to this site again and will be letting all my friends and family NOT to go there either!! read more

Aaron at the UPS store was very helpful with my Amazon return. Knowledgeable, quick and helpful. Thanks Aaron!

I came in here for a live scan. There was a line out of the door! The website stated they provide live scans and they welcome walk-in's. I waited in line and when I finally got up to the register, the woman told me "it's not working." Nothing else. Not helpful at all and rude. Please update your website if your services are not available or the very least put a sign on your door so customers don't need to wait in line and waste their time. read more

I dropped off a package to be returned to Amazon. I have no idea what went wrong but Amazon reported the wrong item sent back was wrong, so I was charged with another purchase. read more

Aaron at this store is the best customer service provider, hands down. If you get him, tell him Justin sent you. He'll know. He'll smile. The best UPS store, because of Aaron, I have ever used. read more

I went to this location to do an Amazon return for a very large and heavy pool pump and found out that they were already closed for about 5 minutes. The gentleman working named SHIF saw me and my nephew standing there with this large heavy box in hand. I started to walk away and SHIF was kind enough to allow me to enter and take care of this transaction. Granted I understand that they have business hours that should be upheld and it was my fault for not looking at their business hours. But the fact that SHIF took the time to consider this exception without me having to ask was proof that excellent customer service and human kindness still exists! UPS... you have an amazing employee named SHIF that should be recognized! read more

One time we'll do it.... Poor service: is a line approached four, one counter person was mopping and vacuuming the floor in the back. Finally came to the front to help customers. the other was busy on some parent project and had to be asked to attend to the customer at hand. I walked out and will never come back. read more

Went to UPS to mail a 7 1/2 x 9 1/2 envelope 2.3 oz for 3 days they quoted me $30 For standard $15. Outrageous!!! Went to USPS post office they charged me $5.35 for 3-5 del. read more

I really like going here because I'm in and out right away. The customer service is top notch. They have everything I need

Never had any issues, service is usually quick with very little wait time, friendly employees and convenient location

I have been using this location for sometime and today I shipped my once a month package to same location for about 4 times to day it was $12.00 more and the guy said it was the correct price and the least expensive 3 day shipping I explained economy shipping is what I wanted he said this is the lowest so why were the same four times weight the same size package today be $12.00 higher? NOT WORTH IT read more

I arrived at around 6:50pm tried walking in, but the doors were locked/closed not realizing the store closed at 6:30pm. The kind manager which had her children with her was turning off the lights and ready to walk out to close the store but she let me in, turned on the lights and computer and checked in my package for me to drop off! Excellent service from the manager, she saved me a round trip of returning the next day, even with her children waiting! read more

Needed to find a UPS Store open on Sunday for a return package to Amazon. This was a bit of a drive but so happy I ended up out of my way. The staff was fast and friendly. So polite and engaged with the customers. It's been a long time since I've seen customer service like this. Kudos to this UPS Store. read more

The staff here is incredibly rude! They talk poorly about customers behind their backs. I came in to print, and it was so expensive--definitely not worth it! DO NOT PRINT HERE! You can find places that offer it for three times cheaper. When I tried to print, they wouldn't let me do it myself and didn't give me all my papers. When I returned for them, they printed a new one, but I overheard them talking badly about me! The customer service is truly terrible, just as I expected from UPS! read more

Rude customer service, didn't allow me in to do a quick return right at closing time when someone else was in there still. Will not go back.

Store Owner /Manager Hiwot Mehari was very helpful and assisted me with a complicated transaction with kindness and professionalism.

The "help" at this store was EXTREMELY un-helpful. I understand that there are certain regulations when it comes to the box used for shipping. I can also understand that even though my email from Amazon for a return clearly states that if I show an associate a barcode they can print the label, that might not be the case. What I don't understand is why this information was delivered in such a rude way. It's called customer service. They should look into it. read more

This ups store prices are more then double any other ups store!! Watch out and dont come here to get scammed!!

I am so impressed with this UPS location. I had to return a large package from Amazon. I had issues with both Amazon and UPS corporate not providing the correct information. I went into the UPS store on Walerga to return and was told that Amazon had not provided the correct label. I was expecting to be told the store couldn't help me. I got the opposite. The staff was super friendly, patient and helpful. Great customer service even as the store lines filled up. She used the store phone to connect me with Amazon, instructed me on what to ask for and helped me print the label. I will definitely use this location again if I need to ship or return items. read more

Made an online appointment for a notary at the 4207 Elverta Road location. Received email confirmation for the time slot. When I showed up, I had the printed confirmation. No notary was available to help me. They stated the notary called and left a message trying to confirm, and that it was my fault. I never received any phone message. Staff did not provide any solutions like checking other locations that could help with a walk-in so I just left. I definitely do not recommend this location or their website appointments for notary. read more

The person working was extremely sick, which is gross. Also they were typing with two fingers so it took forever to enter the addresses I needed, but then when the price came up it was 24 dollars for a small package that I had just priced out online for 11 on ups.com. what's up with that? I just took it back and bought the label on ups.com for 11 dollars. read more
